ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy, practicability and safety of Lijin manipulation in the treatment of suprascapular nerve entrapment syndrome by observing the clinical effect of Lijin manipulation.MethodFrom December 1,2021 to December 1,2022,among the patients treated in the the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,72 patients(including 49 males and 23 females)who met the inclusion criteria and whose disease course was within 1 week were diagnosed as suprascapular nerve entrapment syndrome according to the outpatient diagnosis procedure. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,namely,36 cases in the treatment group and36 cases in the control group. The treatment plan of the treatment group was Lijin manipulation combined with oral eperisone hydrochloride tablets(1 tablet / 3 times/day for7 consecutive days),and the treatment plan of the control group was hot compress(hot compress once at 7 p.m.every day for 20 minutes each time). The treatment course of hot compress was 7 days)combined with oral eperisone hydrochloride tablets(1 tablet/time,3times/day for 7 consecutive days),Visual Analogue score(VAS score)and Constant-Murley shoulder function score(constant-Murley)were performed before treatment, and on the third day after treatment,On the 7th and 14 th days of follow-up,VAS and CM scores were also performed to compare the degree of shoulder pain between the two groups after 3,7 and 14 days of treatment and the shoulder function between the two groups after 3,7 and 14 days of treatment, and then the comprehensive efficacy was evaluated according to the therapeutic criteria formulated by Constant-Murley.After the corresponding evaluation data is obtained, the corresponding statistical methods are used to analyze the data, and the final results are obtained.result1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of age, gender, diseased side, disease duration,VAS score, and shoulder joint function score,P>0.0.52.Results: After treatment, the VAS and CM scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group on analgesia and shoulder function was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Results: Before and after treatment, the VAS and shoulder function scores of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,P<0.05,indicating that both groups of patients could improve the shoulder VAS and shoulder function scores.4.Comparison of the total effective rate of the two groups of patients after medication:the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.11%,and the effective rate of the control group was 63.88%There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).conclusion1.Conclusion: Massage, heat, sticking and other methods can significantly relieve suprascapular nerve entrapment syndrome.2.The combination of tendon manipulation and eperisone is more effective than the combination of hot compress and eperisone in the treatment of the superior scapular nerve entrapment syndrome.3.The combination of Lijin manipulation and eperisone in the treatment of suprascapular nerve entrapment syndrome has more advantages in effectiveness, practicability and safety, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
