Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Nephritis(Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency,Damp Turbidity Inside) Based On The Theory Of Fuxie

Objective: In this study,the clinical efficacy of chronic glomerulonephritis(spleen and kidney qi deficiency,damp turbidity)was observed by using the theory of latent pathogen,and its safety and effectiveness in clinical treatment were verified,so as to provide new methods and new ideas for the clinical treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods: In this study,74 patients with spleen chronic glomerulonephritis(spleen and kidney qi deficiency,damp turbidity syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups by random lottery,37 patients in the control group and37 patients in the treatment group.The patients in the control group were treated with nephritis rehabilitation tablets + basic treatment(diet control,blood pressure control,blood lipid control,severe edema can be given diuretics and other methods).The patients in the treatment group were treated with self-made ’ Touxie Yishen Decoction ’ oral + basic treatment(diet control,blood pressure control,blood lipid control,severe edema can be given diuretics and other methods).The patients were treated for 12 weeks and followed up for 16 weeks.The 24-hour urinary protein quantification,laboratory data of urinary red blood cells(high power field)and TCM symptom scores were recorded before and after treatment.Objective and effective evaluation.Statistical software SPSS22.0 was used to analyze the collected data.Results: In this experiment,through the use of fuxie theory,self-made tongxie yishen prescription was used to treat chronic glomerulonephritis(spleen and kidney qi).Patients with deficiency and dampness)to verify its effectiveness and safety.The treatment group was given Touxie Yishen Decoction + basic treatment.The control group was given nephritis rehabilitation tablets + basic treatment.The data are analyzed and summarized,and the results are as follows :(1)Before the start of the experiment,the general situation of the two groups,TCM syndrome score,24 h urine protein quantification,urine red blood cell count(high power field)and other data were statistically calculated,all P > 0.05,no statistical difference;(2)Comparing the laboratory indexes of the two groups,in terms of 24 h Upro and urine red blood cells(high power field of vision),both P < 0.05,there was a statistical difference,which proved that both groups could effectively reduce the 24 h Upro and urine red blood cells(high power field of vision).The indicators improve renal function,and the efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the control group;(3)After treatment,the 24 h urinary protein quantification was compared within the group,all P < 001,both groups had curative effect,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better(P < 0.05).Urinary red blood cell count(high power field)After treatment,P < 001 was compared within the group.Both groups had effects on reducing urinary red blood cell count(high power field),and the treatment group had better efficacy(P < 0.01).(4)The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 69.4 %,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.9 %.P < 0.01 indicated that the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group in reducing urinary red blood cell count(high power field)were 86.1 % and 80.6 %,respectively,and P < 0.05,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.The total effective rate of 24-hour urinary protein quantification in the two groups was 86.1 % and 75.0 %,respectively,and P < 0.01,with statistical difference,indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(5)Blood routine test,electrocardiogram and liver function(ALT,AST)have no obvious changes,indicating that the experiment will not cause damage to human body.Conclusion: Compared with nephritis rehabilitation tablets + basic treatment,Touxie Yishen Decoction + basic treatment can more effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis(spleen and kidney qi deficiency,dampness and turbidity),reduce urinary protein,urinary red blood cells(high power field of vision),delay the progression of the disease,and reduce kidney damage;during the treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in the patients,which could determine the safety of the experiment.
