| Objective:This topic systematically observe the clinical curative effect of fire needle combined with prick blood cupping treatment of piriformis syndrome(qi stagnation blood stasis type),compared with the curative effect of conventional acupuncture for piriformis syndrome(qi stagnation blood stasis type),further explore the fire needle combined with prick blood cupping treatment of piriformis syndrome(qi stagnation blood stasis type)TCM mechanism and prove its clinical effectiveness.Methods:In this topic,72 patients with piriformis muscle syndrome(qi stagnation and blood stasis)who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into 36 patients in fire needle cupping group and35 patients in conventional acupuncture group(1 case off).The clinical symptom score,VAS score and ODI score before and after treatment were collected respectively,and SPSS21.0 was introduced to analyze the statistical difference of efficacy between the two groups.Results:1.The two groups compared the VAS scores before and after the treatment,and the results showed differences(P <0.05).Comparing the VAS scores between the two groups,the results showed that the two groups were different(P <0.05),indicating that the two groups could relieve pain,and the fire needle combined with blood cupping group were more obvious relief of pain symptoms.2.The two groups compared the ODI scores before and after the treatment,and the results showed differences(P <0.05).When the two groups compared the ODI scores between the two groups(P <0.05),indicating that the two groups could improve the ODI function index of the patients.3.The two groups compared the clinical symptoms points before and after the treatment,the results showed differences(P <0.05),and the results were compared between the two groups,the two groups showed differences(P <0.05),indicating that the two groups could improve the quality of daily life of patients,and the effect of fire needle and blood cupping group was more obvious.4.Comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the total effective rate of the fire needle cupping group was 94.44%;the total effective rate was 82.29%,P=0.013 <0.05,indicating that the total effective rate of the fire needle cupping group was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.Conclusion:Both the fire needle combined with blood cupping group and the conventional acupuncture group have good treatment effect,but the effect of the fire needle combined with blood cupping group is more obvious,which is an effective clinical treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis piriformis syndrome. |
