| Objective: A randomized controlled trial was conducted to instruct patients to practice the "Six characters" word of Xi、Si、Xu and it according to the organs(lung, kidney, and spleen)involved in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and to observe the improvement of exercise tolerance and self-assessment test scores of patients with moderate COPD in stable stage. To find effective intervention methods to provide a reference for formulating and optimizing exercise endurance rehabilitation programs for patients with moderate stable COPD.Methods: A total of 76 patients with moderate stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the Department of Pulmonary Disease of a Class ⅲ Grade A hospital in Changchun from November 2021 to November2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing, and the intervention group was given Liuzi Jue training intervention on the basis of the control group. After 2 weeks of standardized intervention,The six-minute walk Test distance,Borg scale,COPD Assessment Test(CAT)score and Modified British Medical Research Council dyspnea questionnaire(Modified British version)were observed before and after intervention Medical Research Council(m MRC)rating. The data were collected and analyzed by SPSS 25.0.Results:1.Gender,age,educational level, course of disease and pulmonary function grade were compared between the two groups.SPSS 25.0 was used for comparison and analysis between the two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the general conditions of the two groups were comparable.2.Before the intervention, the six-minute walk test distance,Borg score,CAT score and m MRC score of the two groups were compared, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the six-minute walk test distance,Borg score,CAT score and m MRC score of the two groups were comparable before the intervention.3.After the intervention, there was no significant difference in the six-minute walk test distance,Borg score,CAT score and m MRC score between the two groups(P>0.05).The difference in the intervention group was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the intervention of the intervention group was effective.4.After the intervention, the six-minute walk test distance,Borg score,CAT score, and m MRC rating were compared between the two groups.(1)Six-minute walk test: The six-minute walk test distance of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).(2)Borg score: the Borg score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)CAT score: the CAT score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).(4)m MRC rating: the m MRC rating of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Six-character formula intervention training can effectively improve exercise endurance and dyspnea of moderate COPD patients in stable stage.2.Six-word intervention training can improve the six-minute walking test distance and reduce Borg index,CAT score and m MRC dyspnea rating of moderate COPD patients in stable stage. |
