| Objective: By observing the clinical effect of modified Peipi Shugan Decoction in treating patients with chronic non atrophic gastritis with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome, the effectiveness and safety of this prescription in treating chronic non atrophic gastritis were systematically evaluated, providing reference basis for clinical treatment of this disease. Methods: In this study,72 patients with chronic non atrophic gastritis with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2groups,with 36 patients in the treatment group and 36 patients in the control group. The treatment group was treated with modified Peipi Shugan Decoction, while the control group was treated with omeprazole enteric coated capsules combined with mosapride citrate tablets. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, the TCM symptom scores, scores on the Self Rating Anxiety Scale, scores on the Self Rating Depression Scale, scores on the PRO Scale for Spleen and Stomach Diseases, and safety indicators of the two groups of patients were recorded, and electronic gastroscopy was performed 3 months after treatment, while the recurrence rate was observed.Use SPSS 23.0 statistical software to analyze and process the collected data, and evaluate the clinical efficacy by comparing the treatment effects of the two groups of patients. Results: 1.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: after treatment, the total scores and individual scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups decreased compared to before(P<0.05).And the treatment group had lower scores for rib distension, emotional depression, irritability, fatigue and fatigue, loose and thin stools, and total scores than the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the score of gastric distension, abdominal distension, lack of appetite, and belching between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).2.Comparison of curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes: after treatment, the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 91.18%and 81.25%,respectively,which were higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of curative effects of gastroscopy: after treatment, the curative effect of gastroscopy in the treatment group was 85.29%,compared with 71.88% in the control group, which was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of scores on the self rating anxiety and depression scale: After treatment, the scores of the anxiety and depression self-evaluation scale in both groups decreased compared to before(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of chronic gastritis PRO scale scores for spleen and stomach diseases: After treatment, the scores of the PRO scale for spleen and stomach diseases in both groups decreased compared to before(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).6.Comparison of recurrence rate: after 3 months of drug withdrawal, the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 9.68%,compared to 34.62% in the control group, the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).7.Safety evaluation: both groups of patients had no adverse drug reactions during treatment, and no significant abnormalities were detected in the safety indicators before and after treatment. Conclusion: Modified Peipi Shugan Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, gastroscopic signs and mental state of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen-deficiency,improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the recurrence, and medication safety. |
