| Objective:to observe the spleen and "shugan decoction" heat treated the CAG method of pixu liver depression clinical efficacy of blood stasis syndrome,discuss with spleen and "shugan decoction" heat treated patients with liver depression pixu clip,stasis method the clinical curative effect and value.Methods:up to the standard of western medicine and Chinese medicine in 60 patients with the CAG,using randomized controlled methods,divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group,treatment group with spleen and "shugan decoction" clear heat circulation method for the treatment of oral Chinese medicine decoction,the control group only took after the spring piece,a total of 6 months,observe and record in the two groups in the main symptoms and secondary symptoms before and after the treatment,the change of the pathologic examination,endoscopy therapy after the data summary,curative effect evaluation and the analysis of the results.Results:two groups of patients using different compare the comprehensive curative effect after treatment,the treatment group of 30 cases,cured in 5 cases,9 cases had marked effect,12 cases,4 of them were ineffective,the total effective rate was 86.67%;In the control group of 30 cases,2 cases were cured,6 of them were markedly effective,effective 9 cases,13 cases of invalid,the total effective rate was 56.67%.The comprehensive efficacy of two groups of patients after statistics analysis,showed that the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).And comparison between the two groups of individual clinical symptom integral in the diagnosis of pain,dry mouth,bitter,eat less o aspects,the clinical curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05),for the diagnosis and side ribs the new expansion,noisy,upset,irritability,languid,loose stool pond symptoms,two groups of treatment effect is obvious,at the same time two groups of treatment effect is quite(P>0.05).Pathological comparative effectiveness,two groups of patients were improved,in the treatment of mucosal atrophy,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group,in their treatment of bowel,hyperplasia,P>0.05,two groups of curative effect.Treatment,all patients with no adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion:spleen and "shugan decoction" heat treated the CAG method effect is clear,can significantly improve the patients' symptoms,improve patient quality of life;At the same time can effectively prevent the progress of the CAG,atrophic glands returned to normal or reduce the degree of atrophy. |
