Objective:In this study,the clinical efficacy of peipi shugan decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency)was observed by using the methods of soothing the liver and relieving depression and regulating qi and strengthening the spleen.The clinical efficacy and safety of this decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis were objectively evaluated by comparing the differences between the experimental group and the control group through statistical analysis.So as to provide more effective treatment scheme for clinical,develop the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of reflux esophagitis,and enrich the theory and clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods:Patients with reflux esophagitis treated in jilin provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were screened for inclusion criteria.Patients meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups by simple random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablet 10 mg once a day,orally half an hour before breakfast,and mosapride citrate tablet 5mg once a day,orally half an hour before meals,for a course of treatment for 4 weeks.In the treatment group,the control group was given drugs combined with the traditional Chinese medicine decoction of peipi shugan decoction for soothing the liver and relieving depression,regulating qi and strengthening the spleen.The juice was taken(300ml)and the quantity was 150 ml twice a day.It was taken warm after dinner in the morning and evening for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.After the course of treatment,nimodipine scoring standard was used to conduct integral statistics on the two groups of patients,and to compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results:During the clinical treatment,4 cases were lost in the treatment group and 4cases in the control group.A total of 64 patients completed the treatment.After one course of treatment,in the comparison of symptom efficacy,there were 32 cases in the treatment group,and 7 cases were cured,accounting for 21.86%.13 cases(40.63%)showed obviouseffect.Effective 10 cases,accounting for 31.25%;Invalid 2 cases,accounting for 6.25%;The total effective rate was 93.75%.In the control group,32 cases were cured,3 cases were cured(9.38%),9 cases were significantly effective(28.13%),14 cases were effective(43.75%),6cases were ineffective(18.75%),and the total effective rate was 81.25%.P= 0.027< 0.05 was statistically significant in the two groups,and the treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Comparison of gastroscopy efficacy in the treatment group cured 8 cases,accounting for 25.00%;8 cases(25.00%)showed obvious effect.14cases(43.75%)were effective.Invalid 2 cases,accounting for 6.25%;The total effective rate was 93.75%.In the control group,3 cases were cured(9.38%),6 cases were significantly effective(18.75%),16 cases were effective(50.00%),7 cases were ineffective(21.86%),and the total effective rate was 78.14%.P=0.025<0.05 was statistically significant in the two groups,and the treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Through the clinical observation and statistical analysis,the experimental group peipi shugan decoction flavored treatment of reflux esophagitis(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency)the clinical treatment effect of precise and better than the control group,two groups of patients have significant differences in curative effect,the peipi shugan decoction in treatment of reflux esophagitis(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency)in the diagnosis and treatment plan is worth affirmation and promote in the clinical practice.
