Recent years,China and other countries in the world are facing various outbreaks of infectious diseases,With SARS in 2003,H 1 NI in 2009,local prevalence of polio in2014,Zika in 2016,Ebola in the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2018,the novel corona virus outbreak in 2020,and monkey pox in 2022,With the economic globalization,The World Global Village,The rapid development of science and technology,More and more frequent exchanges and cooperation among countries,The distance between people gradually shortens,Make these sudden infectious diseases spread faster,shorter and wider,It poses great challenges to the citizen health,economic construction and social harmony of all countries.Infectious disease hospital as all kinds of emergency outbreak treatment of designated hospital,undertake the important functions of all kinds of infectious diseases,is an important part of outbreak emergency management,how to better prevent the outbreak in the hospital infection,for medical staff and patients’ life security,how to return to normal life after the outbreak need to sum up experience and lessons,in order to deal with the future sudden,unknown,changing and complex of outbreaks.This article in our country with "One case,three systems" as the core content of the background of national emergency management system,through the N infectious disease hospital since January 2020 to new infectious disease outbreak of specific work experience combined with the relevant theory of emergency management,study the sudden outbreak of infectious disease hospital in system construction,institutional setup,personnel reserves,capital allocation,material management,information construction of emergency management.N infectious disease hospital during the sudden outbreak "b class a tube" for new crown outbreak of infectious diseases outside input treatment and local new crown disease treatment of infectious diseases,from treatment of tuberculosis,hepatitis b,hand,foot and mouth disease treatment into special response to new crown disease treatment of infectious diseases,in the new champions "b class b tube" for new crown treatment of infectious diseases and other infectious diseases.This paper uses the literature analysis method to analyze the current situation of sudden epidemic emergency management at home and abroad,To study the current situation of emergency management in N infectious disease hospital by using investigation analysis and case analysis,By analyzing the typical problems existing in the whole process of emergency management of N infectious disease hospital,And put forward constructive improvement suggestions and countermeasures for such problems combined with the current situation of hospital management,It is hoped that a systematic and comprehensive analysis and study of N infectious disease hospitals can provide experience and methods for other similar infectious disease outbreaks in the future,It can also provide reference for other infectious disease hospitals to learn from each other.
