Discussion On The Research Of Yu Chang’s Experience In Treating Exogenous Diseases On "Yuyi Cao"

Research objective:Through an in-depth study of Yu Jiayan’s "Three Books of Medicine",based on nearly 20 cases of infectious diseases(generalized typhoid fever)in "Yuyi Cao" and Yu’s unique views mentioned in the medical records,through extensive reference to historical literature,excavation,analysis,To judge its specific connotation,systematically sort out its clinical experience and academic characteristics in the treatment of exogenous diseases,in order to provide guidance for clinical treatment.Research method:The research methods used in this paper to study typhoid medical cases in "Yuyi Cao" are mainly literature analysis,classification,comparison and induction,and the specific research methods are as follows:(1)according to the established criteria for the inclusion of exogenous cases(with a clear exogenous history.There is a clear analysis of the disease evidence and the treatment prescription or treatment),and the external sensory medical cases in "Yuyi Cao" are screened out;(2)Classify the original text according to the patient’s characteristics,onset history,whether there is mistreatment,main symptoms,pulse,etiology and pathogenesis,use of treatment drugs,and post-drug reactions,and after completing the classification of case information,sort out the relevant discussions of "discussing diseases" and "discussing drugs" in the book according to specific cases,integrate the views of Yu’s other works,and grasp its main ideas for identifying and treating external diseases;(3)Through consulting relevant works,analyze the specific connotation of Yu’s idea of identifying and treating external diseases;(4)Study other internal and external gynecological and pediatric cases in "Yuyi Cao",and grasp the treatment concept of Yu’s as a whole,so as to deepen the understanding of the identification and treatment of external diseases;(5)Summarize and sort out the etiology,pathogenesis,understanding and treatment of prescription drugs in the "Yuyi Cao".Yu Jiayan praises Zhongjing’s theory,and the Chinese and foreign sensory disease cases in "Yuyi Cao" are mostly used in Zhongjing,and its treatment ideas can also find corresponding theoretical support in the original book and "Shanglun Pian",so this study aims to further explore based on Yu’s original meaning.Therefore,according to the characteristics of Yu Jiayan’s "discussion of disease before medicine" in "Yuyi Cao",this paper links the basic introduction of the case with the conclusion of exploration and analysis by tracing his "discussion" viewpoint,and presents it as a written expression combining narrative and discussion.Firstly,the patient’s medical history and clinical manifestations are described,and the etiology and pathogenesis of the case are refined through Yu’s discussion of the case and the views of the previous sages.Re-analyze the treatment prescription given by Yu,and explore the basis and significance of this method in this case.Research Results:According to the formulation of the inclusion standards for external sensory medical cases,a total of 18 external sensory medical cases in the "Yuyi Cao" were included,involving typhoid fever,temperature disease and autumn dryness in the narrow sense.In order to facilitate the research and discussion,according to the basic information of the case and the different focus of Yu Jiayan in each medical case,the inductive analysis of his academic experience in identifying and treating external diseases is divided into two categories: one starts from the disease evidence,and discusses the ideas and connotations of Yu’s identification and treatment of the above external diseases by analyzing the etiological and pathogenesis understanding and specific treatment practices of Yu’s symptoms of food and typhoid fever,autumn dryness,two-sense temperature and external sensory symptoms.One type starts from treatment,and discusses the characteristics of Yu’s treatment of external diseases by analyzing Yu’s clinical understanding in the aspects of transmission and rescue,ginseng for external diseases,typhoid aftercare,step-by-step treatment and bitter cold training.Research Conclusion:Through the inductive analysis of the drugs discussed in the case of exogenous diseases in "Yuyi Cao",this paper tries to clarify the basic ideas of Yu’s to distinguish and treat exogenous diseases.Yu Jiayan adheres to Zhongjing’s legal principles in distinguishing and treating external diseases.In the identification and treatment,attention is paid to the whole process of disease occurrence,development and prognosis,and strive to comprehensively grasp the pathogenesis.For example,from the virtual and real to distinguish and treat typhoid fever,from the position of the disease to distinguish and treat autumn dryness and two senses of temperature,from the onset of the disease yin and yang to distinguish and treat external sensory evidence.In the treatment and use of medicine,Yu attaches importance to both evil and positive in external diseases,such as saving mistakes according to the law of transmission;For those with external sensation and internal injury,he is good at using ginseng and other medicines;In particular,it focuses on the care of the human body’s yin fluid,and flexibly uses sweet and cold medicine and bitter cold medicine.
