ObjectiveThrough the investigation of sleep quality of college students in a comprehensive university in Qingdao,we understand the current situation of sleep quality of college students and analyze the influencing factors, study the aerobics with music, and discuss the intervention effect,so as to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for the exercise intervention of sleep disorder.Methods1.Survey on the status quo of sleep quality among college studentsUsing stratified cluster sampling method, select seven college 2280 college students in Qingdao as the research object, using college students general data questionnaire,Pittsburgh sleep quality refers to the quantity table(PSQI),sleep health consciousness and habit scale(SHAP),physical exercise grade scale(PARS-3)questionnaire for college students, and explore the factors affecting the sleep quality.2.An aerobics intervention with musicThe intervention program was determined through literature review, group discussion and expert demonstration, and the intervention trial was conducted by using the randomized controlled trial method.A total of 282 college students with 7 PSQI scores were selected as study subjects. The study subjects were divided into control group(n=141)and intervention group(n=141)by the random number chart method. The control group had regular follow-up and sleep health education. On this basis, the intervention group was given 50 minutes of music aerobics for three days a day.The General Data questionnaire, the Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI)and the Asens Insomnia Scale(AIS)were used as research tools. The baseline data of the two groups were compared before the aerobics intervention with dormitory music, and the sleep quality and insomnia of the two groups were evaluated 6 weeks and 12 weeks after the intervention to compare the difference in sleep quality between the two groups.3.Data for statistical processingIn this study,Epidata 3.0 was used for data entry and data were analyzed by SPSS22.0,count data were expressed as frequency and percentage(%)and measurement data were expressed as((?)±s);for group comparison, independent sample t-test,one-way variance analysis and repeated-measure variance analysis, factors affecting sleep quality were analyzed by univariate analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple Logistic regression analysis.P< 0.05 was statistically significant.Results1.Analysis of the status quo and factors influencing sleep quality among college studentsIn this study,2350 questionnaires and 2280 valid questionnaires were distributed, with an effective recovery rate of 97.02%.The PSQI score of 2,280 college students was(4.59 ± 1.80),and the seven dimensions of subjective sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep dysfunction, daytime dysfunction were(0.95 ± 0.29),(0.98 ± 0.36),(0.57 ± 0.25),(0.30 ± 0.14),(0.92 ± 0.27),(0.09 ± 0.02),(0.75 ± 0.20).Finally,327 students had poor sleep quality(PSQI ≥ 7points),with a detection rate of 14.34%.Sleep hygiene awareness habits(OR =1.937,P<0.01)and physical exercise level(OR =1.680,P<0.01)were risk factors for sleep disorders.al of 2350 questionnaires were distributed in this survey,70 invalid questionnaires were removed, and 2280 questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 97.02%.The average total score of PSQI of2280 college students was(4.59 ± 1.8),and the scores of each dimension were subjective sleep quality(0.95 ± 0.29),sleep time(0.98 ± 0.36),sleep time(0.57 ± 0.25),sleep efficiency(0.30 ± 0.14),sleep disorder(0.92 ± 0.27),hypnotic drug use(0.09 ± 0.02),and daytime dysfunction(0.75 ± 0.20);A total of 327 students with sleep disorders(PSQI ≥ 7)were detected, with a detection rate of 14.34%.Studies on the influencing factors of sleep quality showed that smoking(t=2.963,P< 0.01),alcohol consumption(t=2.621,P< 0.05),third grade(F=7.131,P<0.01),medical major(F=7.952,P<0.01),video duration(F=3.733,P<0.01),sleep hygiene awareness(OR=1.937,P<0.01),physical exercise level(OR=1.680,P<0.01)were risk factors for sleep disorders.2.Results of the aerobics intervention with music(1)Quality: the total PSQI score of the control group before the music intervention was(7.76±2.58),and the intervention group was(7.73±2.34)of the intervention group. The difference between the total PSQI score and the scores of each dimension of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 6 weeks of intervention, the control group(7.66±1.43)and the intervention group(6.21±1.23)had the PSQI score and subjective sleep quality, sleep time, sleep duration, sleep efficiency, and daytime dysfunction(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,in the control group(7.56 ± 1.37)and the intervention group(5.59±1.58),the scores were statistically different in the two groups(P<0.05).In the control group, the difference between 6 weeks and sleep time,12 weeks and 12 weeks and 6 weeks before intervention were only statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 and 12 weeks of intervention, there were significant differences in the total score and subjective sleep quality, sleep time, sleep duration, sleep efficiency, sleep disorder, and daytime dysfunction(P<0.05).PSQI total score and sleep duration, sleep efficiency, and daytime dysfunction(P<0.05).The results of repeated measures ANOVA showed that the time factor and the intervention factor of PSQI total score of college students were statistically significant(P<0.001),and there was an interaction between the two(P<0.001).With the passage of time, the PSQI score of the intervention group gradually decreased, but there was no significant change in the control group.(2)Insomnia: the AIS score of the control group was(6.24±0.62),and the intervention group was(6.28 ± 0.85),and there was no significant difference in the total AIS score and the scores of each dimensions between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6weeks of intervention, the total AIS score of control group was(6.19 ± 0.62)and(5.43 ±0.72)in intervention group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention, the total AIS score of the control group was(6.17 ± 2.16)and(4.84 ± 2.17).The difference in AIS scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group, the difference was only significant for 6 weeks,12 weeks and 6 weeks(P>0.05).The intervention group in 6weeks and before intervention,12 weeks intervention and 6 weeks,AIS total score and sleep time, night awake, total sleep time, daytime mood, daytime body function five dimensions score difference statistically significant(P<0.05),in earlier than expected, total sleep quality, daytime sleep three dimensions no significant difference. The AIS total score and the eight dimensions were significant between 12 weeks of intervention and pre-intervention(P<0.05).Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that the time factor and the intervention factor of AIS total scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.001),and there was an interaction between them(P<0.001).Over time, the AIS score of the intervention group gradually decreased, but there was no significant change in the control group.Conclusion1.The sleep quality of college students is at the middle level of the results of similar studies.Grade, major, smoking, drinking, sleep hygiene awareness habits and physical exercise level are all important factors affecting the sleep quality of college students.2.Aerobics accompanied by music can improve the sleep quality of college students, improve their sleep efficiency, shorten the sleep time, increase the sleep time, promote the energy recovery, and improve the learning efficiency.
