Study On The Demand Of Health Promotion Service Of The Integration Of Sports And Medicine In Old Adults Of Community Based On KANO Model

With the acceleration of China ’s aging speed,the health problem of the whole people has aroused widespread concern.The government ’s policies on health promotion have emphasized the importance of strengthening the integration of physical medicine and non-medical health intervention in the process of health intervention.The integration of physical medicine is a key measure to solve the current high incidence of chronic diseases and achieve the goal of national health.As a high-risk group of chronic diseases,reducing the incidence of chronic diseases and improving the health status of the elderly have become the focus of national and social attention.The supply of community sports and medical integration health promotion services plays an important role in improving the health level of the elderly and ensuring the healthy and happy life of the elderly in their later years.Therefore,accurately identifying the health promotion service needs of the elderly is the primary task to promote the health of the elderly,and it is the ’ source ’problem and key link that affects the development of community sports and medical integration services and the realization of their value functions.Based on the theory of hierarchy of needs and the theory of charismatic quality,this study takes ’ the demand for health promotion services of physical and medical integration for the elderly in the community ’ as the theme,and uses Nvivo qualitative analysis software to encode and analyze the text content of relevant policies,research literature and interview data of physical and medical integration,so as to clarify the content framework of the demand for health promotion services of physical and medical integration for the elderly in the community,and analyze the demand for health promotion services for the elderly as the main content.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method was used to conduct field research on the pilot communities in Qingdao,the first pilot city in China,and the KANO model was used to analyze the data obtained from the survey.The service demand level was identified from the four dimensions of venue facilities,professionals,sports activity organization and health education and management.Combined with the satisfaction and dissatisfaction values in the Better-Worse coefficient analysis,the expectation and dependence of service items were analyzed,and their needs were prioritized according to the ASC coefficient.The research results show that:(1)The policies related to the integration of sports and medicine are guided by the idea of health promotion.The policy development has experienced two stages of start-up and development from 2014 to 2021.The logic of policy evolution presents a negative correlation between the duration of policy practice and the degree of state intervention.The use of policy tools in the evolution stage presents an orderly transition from a single mandatory policy tool to a voluntary or mixed policy tool,supplemented by mandatory policy tools.The evolution logic presents the relationship between the duration of policy practice and the degree of state intervention.On the whole,the policy content has not paid enough attention to the specific service population,and has not paid enough attention to the problem of sports risk assessment.(2)The demand level of health promotion services for the elderly in the community includes 4 necessary elements,3 expected elements,11 attractive elements and 1irrelevant element.Except for the essential elements,the absolute value of the dissatisfaction coefficient of most service demand elements is lower than the satisfaction coefficient,showing high ’ expectation’ and low ’dependence’,and the overall service demand shows a low dependence.(3)The demand for health promotion services for the elderly in the community is relatively concentrated,which is manifested in the high attention and strong demand for the basic hardware conditions of sports venues,sports facilities and basic medical facilities.The service demand of the elderly is mainly based on basic services,and presents the demand tendency of deepening service function and expanding service content.On the composition of various service elements,it reflects the basic demand characteristics of the elderly in the community for life security,safety and convenience,the demand for enriching the content of health promotion services for physical and medical integration under the order of daily life,improving service functions and expanding service forms.According to the demand hierarchy identification and priority satisfaction ranking of 19 specific service contents,the priority supply ranking is proposed as essential elements >expected elements > charm elements.Based on the above results,the following conclusions are drawn :(1)The integration of sports and medicine is in the stage of development.The use of policy content system,policy practice and policy tools is not perfect.The government functions need to be clarified,and the proportion of policy tools is unbalanced.(2)The elderly ’s demand for community health promotion services is generally low,showing limited dependence on community health promotion services.The whole shows the demand tendency of ’ from meeting the basic functional requirements to deepening the service function and enriching the service content ’.(3)The needs of the elderly for health promotion services of community sports and medical integration are more focused on ’ expectant ’ needs,and health education management and sports organization services are more obvious.(4)The satisfaction of the demand for health promotion services for the elderly in the community should focus on the completeness of basic medical facilities and sports venues.The following suggestions are put forward for the integration of physical and medical health promotion services for the elderly in the community: The effective satisfaction of the service needs of the elderly in the community should be based on the existing service resources and service capabilities,strengthen informal services,smooth the feedback channels of normalized service needs,and implement menu-based service supply to ensure that the community prioritizes the satisfaction of the health promotion service needs of the elderly under the existing conditions and alleviates the pressure of service supply.Secondly,in terms of promoting the participation of multiple subjects in improving service supply capacity,we should gradually optimize government functions,gradually improve the talent training mechanism,strengthen the construction of independent service platform for the elderly in the community,and improve the order and long-term nature of multi-subject participation in service supply.
