Literature Study On The Theory Of Heart Wind And The Law Of Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: Through consulting and sorting out the relevant contents of the heart wind in ancient and modern Traditional Chinese medicine literature,systematically combing the development source of the theory of heart wind,summarizing its etiology and pathogenesis,diseases involved,therapeutic methods and prescriptions,summarizing the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment of heart wind,so as to enrich the theory of pathogenic wind in traditional Chinese medicine,and provide ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of frequently occurring and difficult diseases in modern clinical practice.Method: Using literature research methods,search ancient and modern Traditional Chinese medicine literature which record the pathogenic wind,heart-wind,heart stroke,and wind evil heart related content.Carefully study,organize,analyze,and summarize its etiology,pathogenesis,related symptoms,treatment methods,formulas,drugs,etc.Trace the origin of the theory of internal movement of liver wind,distinguish it from heart wind,and finally summarize the connotation of heart wind and the laws of syndrome differentiation and treatm ent.Results: The project obtained the following results through searching,organizing,summarizing,and analyzing the relevant content of the heart wind of ancient and modern Traditional Chinese medicine literature.1.The heart wind includes external wind and internal wind.The External wind is caused by exogenous viruses,bacteria,etc.The Internal wind is caused by the imbalance of yin and Yang in the heart,which is caused by unstable heart qi,including fire heat generating wind,phlegm fire generating wind,yang deficiency transforming into wind,yin deficiency transforming wind,and blood deficiency transforming wind.2.The pathogenesis of heart wind involves heart diseases such as heart pain,palpitations,and palpitations;Brain diseases such as stroke and dizziness;It also includes limb and meridian diseases such as unexplained limb failure and speech impairment;In addition,it is often accompanied by other systemic symptoms such as poor diet and eye fever.3.The treatment pattern of heart wind is mainly based on strengthening the heart and restoring the pulse,calming the nerves,dispelling wind,and differentiation of symptoms and signs.On this basis,addition and subtraction are used for treatment.Conclusion: Through research on the theory of heart wind,a system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of heart wind has been initially formed,enriching and supplementing the theoretical system of internal wind in traditional Chinese medicine,and expanding the thinking and methods of diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and neurological diseases in modern Chinese medicine.
