Objective: By analyzing the expression levels of ROMO1、B4-H7 and CEA in pleural effusion,To explore the diagnostic clinical significance of the three indicators in malignant pleural effusion.Methods: The specimens of 100 patients with pleural effusion were selectd in the respiratory Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University From April 2021 to April 2022.There were 49 cases of malignant pleural effusion.There were 33 cases of adenocarcinoma,8 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,8 cases of small cell lung cancer.There were 51 cases of benign pleural effusion,There were 36 cases of inflammatory pleural effusion and 15 cases of tuberculous pleural effusion.the expression levels of ROMO1、B7-H4 and CEA in pleural effusion were detected by enzyme-related immunosorbent assay(ELISA),To explore the diagnostic clinical significance of the three indicator in malignant pleural effusion.Results: 1.The contents of ROMO1 、B7-H4 and CEA in MPE group were higher than those in BPE group,and Statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(2)The critical ROMO1 value was 52.82 ng/ml,The sensitivity and specificity of examining MPE were 55% and 82%respectively.The area under the curve of ROMO1 is 0.737.The critical B7-H4 value was 36.44 ng/ml,The sensitivity and specificity of examining MPE were 47% and 88 % respectively.The area under the curve of B7-H4 is 0.719,The critical CEA value was 5.125ng/ml,The sensitivity and specificity of examining MPE were 84% and 89%respectively.The area under the curve of CEA is 0.913.3.The sensitivity and specificity of ROMO1 combined with CEA in the diagnosis of MPE were 90%and 87%.The AUC is 0.936,The sensitivity and specificity of B7-H4 combined with CEA in the diagnosis of MPE were 92%and 78%.The AUC is 0.923,The sensitivity and specificity of B7-H4 combined with ROMO1 in the diagnosis of MPE were 82%and 57%.The AUC is0.757.The sensitivity and specificity of three indicators in the diagnosis of MPE were 83%and 89%.The AUC is 0.943.Conclusion: 1.The expressions of CEA,ROMO1 and B7-H4 in MPE group were higher than those in BPE group.2.ROMO1,B7-H4 and CEA in pleural effusion have certain significance in the diagnosis of MPE.3.CEA combined ROMO1 has higher sensitivity and specificity. |
