| The construction of health talent team is the top priority in the reform of medical and health constitution,the basis for continuously improving the medical service level of various health institutions,and the important guarantee for improving the health of the whole people and promoting a healthy China.Due to the existence of many practical factors such as geographical location,economic conditions and social environment,county-level public hospitals are subject to many restrictions in talent introduction.The introduction of health talents,especially the quantity and quality of high-level medical and technical talents,failed to meet expectations,and talent introduction has become a key factor restricting the high-quality development of county-level public hospitals.This paper takes the research on the introduction of high-level talents in X District People’s Hospital of Y City as an example,and uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire,interview,etc.,with the help of the author’s advantages in the personnel department of the hospital,to find out the main problems in the introduction of high-level talents in the hospital.Through this case study,it was found that the high-level talent introduction work of X District People’s Hospital in Y City lacks talent introduction goals,the talent introduction process is not standardized,the talent introduction assessment and evaluation mechanism is incomplete,and there is a lack of salary incentive mechanism,training mechanism,and tracking service mechanism for introducing talents.This article believes that the main reasons for the above problems are: inadequate analysis of the health talent market,insufficient awareness of the importance of promoting high-level talent introduction,insufficient investment in talent introduction funds,the need to improve the professional ability of human resource workers,outdated concepts of talent introduction,insufficient career staffing,and insufficient awareness of the urgency of talent introduction.This article proposes five countermeasures and suggestions for high-level talent introduction in X District People’s Hospital of Y City: firstly,improve human resource planning and clarify talent introduction goals;Secondly,standardize the process of introducing high-level talents and optimize the selection system;Thirdly,improve the salary incentive mechanism for introducing talents;Fourthly,restructure the training mechanism for introducing talents;Fifth,enhance the tracking service capabilities after talent introduction.To discuss the problems and countermeasures of high-level talent introduction in X District People’s Hospital of Y City will help the hospital to summarize the talent introduction strategy that conforms to the hospital’s development characteristics,and then help the hospital’s talent team construction,and ultimately achieve the goal of improving the hospital’s medical quality and core competitiveness.At the same time,it has reference value for enriching the high-level talent introduction ideas of county and district level public hospitals. |
