Background and purposeWith the continuous development of medicine,cervical cancer has become the only cancer with a clear etiology.With the advent of HPV vaccine,cervical cancer,a major disease that seriously puzzles women’s reproductive health,has finally moved to the stage of primary prevention.But the popularity of vaccines is limited.Efficient and extensive screening of cervical lesions helps to promote this process and create an environment for accurate delivery of HPV vaccines.At present,there are many screening methods for cervical lesions in clinic,but there are advantages and disadvantages,few can meet this condition.In recent years,artificial intelligence technology has made subversive changes in various industries,especially in the medical industry,and has even received strong support from the state.The combination of artificial intelligence and cervical cancer screening technology has emerged as the times require many new technologies,among which Tru Screen(TS)is particularly prominent.The purpose of this experiment is to explore the clinical application value of TS in early cervical disease screening.The aim is to provide reference for clinical work.MethodsRetrospective analysis of Harbin medical university second clinical medical college between 2018.08 to 2019.08 patients.121 patients were divided into TS group,liquid thin-layer cytology TCT group of 578 patients,two groups of patients were separately TS and histopathological examination,TCT,and histopathological examination.General characteristics and their examination data,measure for selected patients with pathological results.Analysis data,the general characteristics of the experimental effects,compared to two groups to check the observation indexes,so as to verify the clinical application value of TS.ResultsThe general characteristics of two groups of data statistical analysis,the difference is not statistically significant,P value is greater than 0.05.Ruled out general characteristics,observe two groups of test results,visible TS group check false negative rate(11.76%),specificity(78.85%),positive predictive value(40.54%)and pathological coincidence rate(80.17%),less than TCT group 33.73%,97.37%、80.88%、92.91%,sensitivity(88.24%)and negative predictive value(97.61%)more than the TCT group 66.27%,94.51%.At the end point of different pathological results,the TS screening effect was more significant with the increase of cervical lesion level.ConclusionsTS examination in clinical applications for cervical lesion screening of high efficiency and high quality,optimize the process,but also can make TCT examination application limited at the grass-roots level up.Low misdiagnosis and grass-roots screening for cervical cancer screening is of great significance,has high clinical value.
