Café theatre is a type of drama with a strong scene.Cafe theatre is not rigorously constructed in forms,and it is full of life vitality.Earphones will be offered to while watching.Appointment is about the new vice president,Mo Yunxin,trying to get evidence of the ex-Director Liu’s evil job hopping from two interns by offering them full-time job in return.The two interns are different in character,and their responses to the temptation are also very different.Sick Father is about a university psychologist,Chen Libo,who notices a student named Ji Yang’s psychological problems when she comes to Chen to clarify her father’s psychological conditions.Love Anniversary tells a story happens on the day of 520 days’ anniversary,when Wen Xin wants to make a proposal to his girlfriend Mi Ke,while Mi Ke intends to share her own surrogate plan,which angers Wen Xin badly.Café theatre has developed from a kind of play that can only be performed in cafes instead of theaters,to a new form which is purposely played in cafes by taking advantage of the progress of science and technology.I will demonstrate the three cafétheatre’ creation,through comparative analysis between the café theatre and the stage play.Namely,by analyzing the origin of the script I created from the script title,the actor-audience relationship,the rhythm of the drama,inspirations and insufficiency,I intend to fully explicate the source and inspirations of the plays,dramatic elements,characters,dialogues,dramatic rhythm,other aspects of the content and the innovation and deficiency in the process of creation.
