Female normal education was the earliest female vocational education in modern China.In the development of female’s normal education,female teachers were regarded as the ideal career which was closet to women’s nature and the best way for women to serve the society and improve women’s status.After female teachers devoting themselves to education,they found that this female social occupation was not ideal in fact.It was common to suffer from job-seeking difficulties,low salary,teaching conflict,limited development and other occupational problems.In the literary pedigree of the modern female teachers,the narrative of female teachers roughly presents a transformation process from myth narrative to reality narrative,which reflects the historical reflection and realistic thinking of various writers on the liberation of modern women in the society.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly combs and restores the causes and social circumstances of female teachers.The development of female normal education in modern times contributed to the development and expansion of female teachers.By the end of the twentieth century,female teachers began to encounter difficulties in job hunting,maintenance and other professional problems,female teachers gradually produced job burnout.The second chapter analyzes the process of female teachers’ writing from mythological literature to realistic literature.At the beginning of its birth,"female teacher"was regarded as an ideal career for women to enter the society.At this time,female teacher’s writing presented an ideal image of female teacher.At the end of the 1920s,the society gradually questioned the myth of the profession of female teachers and the writing of female teachers turned to realistic writing.The third chapter analyzes the literary writing about the "occupation problem" of female teachers.Women faculty members face career problems such as low salaries,unstable positions,difficult teaching lives and sexual harassment.There is no doubt that many texts showing the hard life of female teachers point to the difficult living situation of this professional group.The fourth chapter takes the autobiographical writing of female writers as the research object,through the autobiographical writing of Xuelin Su,Hengzhe Chen and Wenjuan Chu on the teaching career,to appreciate the noble feelings of modern female teachers who are not afraid of hardship and dedicate themselves in their profession.
