At present, the international economic integration is the trend of world economic development, more and more quality talents and professional talents are demanded in the world, English as the major media communication, will play more and more important role. Bilingual education can help us cultivate high-quality talents of the English language, but lack of qualified bilingual teachers and low literacy is the main problems of bilingual development, how to ensure and improve bilingual teacher's quality is the first priority of teacher education reform, which is demanded for teachers' quality by the development of modern times and teacher education. however, so far, the bilingual teachers education in China has not formed a set of systematic pattern, In contrast, American as an earlier implementing bilingual country of bilingual, has formed a set of relatively mature training mode, which is an important reference on pre-occupational cultivation of reference for our country.According to the compare research methods, the paper do in depth analysis American primary and middle bilingual teachers training mode. studying American pre-employment training mode and the concrete implementation experience, will be an significance for cultivation and training of bilingual teachers in China.The study is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction, this paper mainly expounds the reasons of the topic, based on review and analysis of research situation in home and abroad, putting forward the design of this study, define and analyze the related concept.The second part presents the outline of American primary and middle bilingual school pre-occupational cultivation mode, mainly including the formation process of the theoretical basis and forming realistic conditions.The third part presents the composition of bilingual teachers training mode in United States, based on the overview of the training objectives, cultivation standard training mode to cultivate content.The fourth part presents the bilingual teachers training model of the American operation mechanism and process, and analysis the cultivation and characteristics, centering on education institute in Maryland, us, Notre Dame university of ESL training mode for case studyThe fifth part is the effective analysis of American primary and secondary bilingual teachers pre-occupational cultivation mode, it is obvious that bilingual teachers pre-occupational cultivation mode has a positive effect on the cultivation of bilingual teachers and the improvement of teachers' team. but it still exists some problems.The sixth part is inspiration and reference, which is based on the present situation and problems of the cultivation mode, putting forward some targeted for reference.
