| Behavioral inhibitory refers to the conscious control of individuals explicit behavior, which is embodied in the ability of individuals to restrain the goal or action that does not conform to the current activity in a specific environment. It is a necessary high-level cognitive ability to complete various complex cognitive and behavioral activities and is also closely related to individual’s ability to adapt and survive. This ability is particularly important for the heavy athletics who need to win the opponents in technology and tactics.Because judo athletes need attack and defend as the same time in the direct one-to-one confrontation, which requires the athletes to think, respond fast and complete the action quickly and accurately. Thus, the behavioral inhibitory is one of the psychological skills that the excellent judo athletes must acquire. To explore the potential factors affecting judo athletes behavioral inhibitory can help athletes better adapt to the field, which is conducive to achieve a higher level in the competition. This study adopted behavior experiment and questionnaire survey to explore the influence of emotional type(external)and psychological resilience(internal)on judo athlete’s behavior inhibitiory. This study included a pre-experiment and two formal experiments. The pre-experiment explored whether the dual choice oddball paradigm combined with sports could effectively measure the behavioral inhibitory of college athletes in heavy competitive sports. The research subjects were 25 college athletes in heavy competitive sports. The results showed that college athletes in heavy competitive sports had advantages in behavioral inhibitory, and the improved dual choice oddball is a valid paradigm among college athletes in heavy competitive sports. In experiment 1,the first experiment explored the characteristics of behavioral inhibitory ability of 62 judo college students with different psychological resilience levels under different emotional valence, and the result demonstrated that:(1)In positive emotion, judo college athletes with low psychological resilience had stronger ability of behavioral inhibitory, followed by negative emotions, and the worst performance in neutral emotions. This difference was only obvious in judo college athletes with low psychological resilience, but there was no significant difference in judo college athletes with high psychological resilience under three different emotional valences.Based on experiment 1,experiment 2 employed ERPs technology to investigate time course characteristics of behaviory inhibitory of judo college athletes with different arousal degree and different psychological resilience were distinguished, and the results revealed that:(1)In response time, only the main effect of target type was significant, and all judo college students response to deviant stimuli were significantly faster than that of standard stimuli;all interactions were not significant.(2)Compared with high arousal and neutral conditions, for high psychological resilience judo college athlete, the amplitude of N2 were lager than that for low psychological resilience; The amplitude of P3 were also lager in high psychological resilience judo athlete. In summary:(1)The double choice oddball paradigm is suitable for measuring the behavioral inhibitory of college students in heavy competitive events.(2)In terms of emotional valence, judo college athletes with low psychological resilience have better ability of behavioral inhibitory in positive emotions, while judo athletes with high psychological resilience have no significant difference in behavioral inhibitory under three emotional conditions.(3)In terms of time course, under the positive emotion of low arousal, judo college students with low resilience behave better in the early behavior detection;Judo college students with high resilience have stronger ability in behavioral inhibitory and,can easily complete the task of behavioral inhibitory without consuming more cognitive resources. |
