Happy Chinese is a Chinese teaching program that has been broadcast for nearly ten years,and has a large number of Chinese teaching video materials.It has played a very important role in spreading Chinese culture and imparting Knowledge of the Chinese language.The Happy Chinese video resource library uses the video material of the TV program as the content source,takes the "Chinese Teaching Syllabus for Foreign Students in Colleges and Universities(Long-term Training)" and the "International Chinese Classification Cultural Project Table(Guide Edition)" as the classification criteria for the construction of the video resource library,formulates clear video selection criteria,selects video materials suitable for teaching Chinese as a foreign language course and edits them,so as to form a video resource library with a clear hierarchical structure and a more comprehensive content.This study is a useful exploration of how to rely on the program of teaching Chinese as a foreign language to build a video resource library to serve the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.This paper mainly includes the following parts: the first part briefly expounds the research object,research significance,research status,research methods,etc.;the second part discusses the basis,principles and functions of the construction of the Happy Chinese video resource library;the third part describes the specific operation of the construction of the Happy Chinese video resource library,it includes the establishment of the top-level structure of the video resource library,the selection and editing of video materials,the construction of the hierarchical structure of the video resource library,and the establishment of the video resource library directory and index.Finally,we will talk about the selection,uploading and related instructions of the storage platform;the fourth part discusses the use of the video resource library for dialogue communication teaching and cultural teaching from the perspective of the application of the functional project library and the cultural project library,and gives specific cases on how to use the Happy Chinese video resource library materials for Chinese character teaching;the fifth part is the conclusion.In short,this study enriches and expands the video materials of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,which can better assist the smooth development of teaching Chinese and improve the effect of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.At the same time,it can also provide some new ideas and methods for the construction of video resource libraries in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in the future.
