This study takes the practical works of yuan film as the research object.Based on Gérard Genette’s theory of "metalepsis" and "transtextuality",this paper makes a discourse analysis of the practical works of meta-cinema from three perspectives: the narrative level of meta-cinema,the embodiment of meta-cinema’s transtextuality and the reflexivity of meta-cinema.First,from the level of meta-film narrative hierarchy,starting from the theory of "narration" defined by Gérard Genette in the field of narratology,the classic and recent practical works with meta-cinema characteristics are analyzed and studied from the perspective of narrative hierarchy.The research finds that the narrative layer of yuan films shows the characteristic of "nested layer".At the same time,the real world and imagination space can be used as the narrative level of the meta-film,which expands the scope of the narrative level of the meta-film.Based on the cross-layer communication between different narrative layers of the meta-film,the identity of the author,characters and viewers of the development meta-film becomes uncertain under the influence of "cross-layer communication".Based on Gérard Genette’s theory of " transtextuality",this paper makes a textual analysis of the practical works of meta-cinemas and finds that the intertextuality of fan film culture and media plays a crucial role in the intertextuality of meta films.Fan film culture produces intertextuality with other film texts through viewers’ experience of watching films.Media intertextuality produces cross-art intertextuality through its integration with other artistic media in meta-cinema practice.Secondly,film IP adaptation presents the characteristics of hypertext,that is,a new film text is built on the old film text,to present the cross-text of meta film.In addition,different types of films in different stylized narrative mode,also hidden different text commonality,reflecting the stylistic film wide text.On the level of reflexivity of meta-cinema this study analyzes the ways of metacinema reflexivity from the essence of meta-cinema self-reference and combines specific practical cases and finds that film reference itself mainly realizes self-reference by exposing film narrative mechanism and film photography mechanism.From this point of view,this study analyzes the changes of film illusion mechanism based on the reflexivity of meta-cinema and finds that meta-cinema has sewn up the boundary between fiction and reality and has not ended the illusion mechanism of film screen but continues to "alienate" human eyes in a postmodernist style.Finally,from theory to practice,the graduation work carries out a "multi-level" construction from the narrative layout,the most prominent narrative discourse of the meta-cinema.Combined with Freud’s theory of three components of personality-ego,self and superego,the story enters the "fantasy space" from the confusion of "self".Under the guidance of "superego",through the search of "self",it finally got out of the "spiritual dilemma" and completed the redemption of "self".In this experimental form,it is used to create and prove the view of "theatrical space-time structure of meta-cinema sets,as well as reality and fantasy space as narrative layers" in the paper.
