| Intervention counseling for domestic domestic violence abusers is still in the early trial stage and lacks a more comprehensive effect evaluation system and practical guidance experience.In order to make a more effective evaluation of the intervention effect of the group of abusers,and to further explore the therapeutic mechanism.This study adopted qualitative research method and took the first long-term group auxiliary group of domestic abusers as an example.In the early stage,the researcher entered the group to carry out observation research,.In the later stage,7abusers and their partners were selected for in-depth interview and return visit.The results show that:(1)Group counseling combined with feminism and masculinity has a significant corrective effect on male abusers.The abuser have a deeper understanding of domestic violence and self-reflection.Compared with mental violence,the degree and frequency of physical violence decreased more obviously.There has been a change in masculinity,with gender division of labor and more equal discourse power;There were positive changes in spousal communication,conflict resolution,and economic dominance.There was a certain degree of repetition in the violent behavior of the abuser,but the overall positive change was presented for more than half a year.(2)The intervention effects of different types of abusers were significantly different.The improvement of physical violence of patriarchal terrorism type was more obvious.The partner conflict type improved the relationship more obviously,but the effect was more unstable.(3)The main factors that affect the auxiliary effect of the abuser group are: group objective,member composition,group openness,time setting,cost,group atmosphere and other group characteristics;Participation motivation,member interaction and other member characteristics;Authoritative and professional,leader role and other leading factors;The theoretical basis and activity content of the mission auxiliary programme.In the process of the abuser intervention,the above factors have different effects in different group stages,and formed a preliminary theoretical model of the therapeutic mechanism.The change process of the abuser presents the overall characteristics of cyclic and spiraling upward,and the change from cognition to behavior changes in stages,and the change of individual and the change of relationship linkage occurs.The experience summarized in this study can provide effective experience and reference for the follow-up counseling work of the abuser,and further improve the evaluation system of the counseling effect of the abuser,which can enrich the theoretical basis for the intervention of the abuser. |
