As a traditional aesthetic,wabi-sabi aesthetics has influenced many fields after hundreds of years of development.This article will explore the relationship between wabi-sabi aesthetics and brands and its application in visual image design,which is of great significance for the future relationship between aesthetics and design,and it is also the reflection of traditional aesthetic thinking in contemporary life.Consumers can experience the artistic conception of aesthetics in the visual image design,which makes the brand more cultural and humanistic.Release one’s heart and relieve stress in the context of fast-paced life,adjust one’s spiritual feelings,and also provide more development directions and guidelines for future brand visual image design.This thesis understands the connotation,development and interpretation of wabi-sabi aesthetics through the method of literature research,and deeply analyzes the meaning of the concept of "wabi-sabi",that is,it combines social reasons,religious reasons,and natural reasons.These factors mainly affect the development of its aesthetics.,resulting in many related designs.Secondly,use the case analysis method to explore the mutual connection between the beauty of wabi-sabi and the brand,starting from the attitude of life,emotional communication,and aesthetic connotation,to connect the brand and consumers,and find the relationship between the brand visual image design and consumer experience.influence and interdependence.In addition,under the guidance of combining the connotation of wabi-sabi aesthetics and the previous case analysis,this thesis constructs the design thinking flow chart of brand visual image based on wabi-sabi aesthetics.According to the brand positioning and concept of "Zhu Dao Yuan",the design practice is carried out from four aspects: graphics,layout,color and continuous design,including the establishment of consumption concept and the attitude of life under the beauty of wabi-sabi,etc.Generate sensory interaction and position the beauty of wabi-sabi as the medium between brands and consumers,thus connecting a new bridge of communication between brands and consumers.
