Research On Historical Data Of Social Music Education In Shen Bao(1912-1949)

This paper takes the historical data of social music education in Shenbao from 1912 to 1949 as the research object,uses the research methods of historical data,historical documentation,statistical analysis,and tries to draw on the concepts of historical music anthropology,music sociology,journalism and communication and other related disciplines.Based on the collection of historical materials and historical facts,this paper sorts out and analyzes these abundant historical materials,focuses on the social music education events presented by newspaper media from a special perspective,connects the text with the social events and the characters in the events,and looks for the meaning behind the text.The historical materials are placed in a specific historical time and space for research and evaluation,trying to construct the real status and outline of music-education-society in the historical context at that time,to understand the basic situation,development trend and characteristics of social music education at the beginning of the Republic of China.For the Republic of China,newspaper was a very advanced means of communication.It was one of the ways for people to understand the society at that time.It could cover a large area of people quickly,extensively and conveniently,and directly reflect the national conditions and public opinions.Through the development and adjustment of news reports in different periods,their contents were closely related to the political ideas,ideological concepts and cultural revolution at that time to a certain extent.Every report in "Shen Bao"is a narrative text.The content and mode of narrative text in different periods are all elaborating social music education and the history of social music education in history.Through the various types of educational activities,the track of development and evolution,the main role behind and the different social influences and effects,this paper tries to reveal these social music education and cultural events with strong external performance and profound social connotation and practical significance.This paper firstly sorted out and classified the historical materials in different vertical and horizontal chains,objectively demonstrated the basic contents of the historical materials of social music education in Shenbao during the Republic of China,hoping to stimulate more narrative possibilities.Then,starting from the establishment of the Department of Social Education in 1912,it focused on the preliminary exploration of the institutionalization of social music education.This kind of institutionalization emphasizes a kind of guarantee,through the promotion of politics,the leading system,the support of music trend of thought,jointly guarantee the development of social music education in the Republic of China when the regime changes and the war.Secondly,on the basis of describing the classification and arrangement of historical materials and the guarantee and promotion of the government,the construction of social music education is discussed,which is divided into official organizations and non-governmental organizations,and the persistence and reflection of social music education under the background of the game between Chinese and Western culture at that time.Finally,the text characteristics and overall characteristics of the historical materials of social music education in "Shen Bao" are analyzed,emphasizing the complementary and updating role of the historical materials of social music education in the traditional society,so as to improve and enrich the historical records of social music education in the Republic of China.
