| The Hurt Locker is the first large-scale psycho-lyrical opera in the history of opera in China,adapted from the novel of the same name written by Lu Xun in 1925,with a libretto by Wang Quan and a score by composer Shi Guangnan.The article takes Zijun’s aria "What I See" from the opera "The Hurt Locker" as the object of study.By studying the connotation of the original novel and combining the literature with this opera,song introduction,song analysis and Zijun’s image shaping,and focusing on Zijun’s psychological state from anticipation and excitement to certainty and following,the article provides the perspective and character orientation for the article,which can be applied to song singing and stage performance.The first chapter of this paper focuses on the significance of this selection from the opera "The Hurt Locker",the research method and the literature review;the second chapter provides a brief overview of the original text,the opera "The Hurt Locker" and the aria "What I Saw" as a prelude;the third chapter provides a detailed analysis of the musical essence of the aria "What I Saw",the characterization of Zijun and the change of her heart to the confession in the cantata.Chapter 4,on the basis of chapter 3,discusses in detail the singing techniques of "What I Saw" in relation to Zijun’s image and psychological and emotional changes. |
