With the rapid development of the online Chinese international education industry,the number of teachers joining the online teaching ranks has been increasing year by year.Once the job burnout occurs in online teaching,it will directly affect the work efficiency and teaching quality,which is not conducive to the professionalization of online Chinese international teachers,and also has a negative effect on Chinese communication.Against this background,this paper selects international Chinese language teachers in overseas Chinese online education institutions such as Sun Wukong Chinese and Lingo Ace as the research objects,design Online Chinese International Teachers Job Burnout Interview Outline and questionnaire.By means of semi-structured interviews and questionnaires,this paper investigates the status quo and influencing factors of online teaching burnout of Chinese international teachers.SPSS26.0 software was used to analyze the survey results,the results show that online Chinese international teachers have been in a state of secondary job burnout.The causes of job burnout involve many factors: first,the long-term work-at-home makes teachers’ psychological boundary between work and family more blurred,and the livebroadcast teaching model lacks the possibility of establishing the relationship between teachers and students face-to-face interaction;Second,the long-term repeated performance of teachers online teaching easy to reduce their professional enthusiasm,moreover,the risk of“The other” and the teacher’s own expectations of the online Chinese international teacher’s professional role are also very easy to cause their psychological imbalance,fourth,the frequent changes of internal rules in the organization lead to the more severe living environment for teachers in the workplace,to discourage their work.Therefore,teachers should first establish the attitude of life-long learning to improve teaching ability,correctly deal with professional setbacks,play a subjective initiative to look at the development of career;The institutional side should also embody the concept of democracy and humanistic care in the company’s rules and regulations,and encourage front-line teachers with a scientific and fair promotion mechanism,to promote the social status of online Chinese international teachers through school-enterprise cooperation and public opinion propaganda,and to urge and support the development of standardization and maturity of the industry.From the individual,the company and the society,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to alleviate the job burnout of Chinese international teachers in online teaching.
