| In recent years,with the rapid development of mobile communication technology and the upgrading of mobile devices,mobile learning has become the mainstream direction of classroom reform and innovation practice in vocational schools.There are many problems in vocational school English classes.Some students are lack of concentration,initiative and enthusiasm in learning English.How to improve the effectiveness of vocational students’ English learning has always been a teaching problem for vocational English teachers.Improving teaching methods and innovating teaching means are the direction of exploration and practice for vocational English teachers.At this stage,mobile learning,as a new learning mode,emerges as the times require and makes up for the shortcomings of traditional learning mode.Mobile learning fits the characteristics of vocational school students.It can provide new ideas for vocational school students’ English learning.Therefore,it is necessary to study the effect of mobile learning platform,which has great practical significance for teachers to make full use of mobile learning platform to carry out classroom teaching reform.Superstar learning link is a mobile learning platform adopted by many schools at present.Relevant researches have also been carried out.Some researches focus on the specific application of superstar learning link in the teaching process.Some researches focus on the application effect of it.Some researches focus on the influence of this platform on students’ autonomous learning ability.Through sorting out previous studies,it is found that most of the researches focus on college students and university students.There are relatively few in-depth studies on the effect and recognition of vocational school students’ using superstar learning link to carry out English mobile learning.This study explores the vocational school students’ English learning effect and recognition of this mobile learning platform.This study is feasible.This thesis takes English mobile learning in vocational schools as the breakthrough point.The methods of literature research,teaching experiment,and interview are used for investigation.This thesis adopt questionnaire survey and test as research instruments.This research mainly answers the following two questions:1.Can superstar learning link improve the effect of vocational school students’ English learning?2.How much recognition do students have for the mobile learning platform of superstar learning link ?In this study,two classes with the similar student number and English entrance scores were selected for comparative teaching.One class used superstar learning link for English teaching.The other class used traditional teaching methods for regular teaching.By carrying out a semester long teaching and comparing the final English scores of the two classes,the role of superstar learning platform in improving the performance of vocational school students’ English learning can be verified.In addition,by collecting the results of the questionnaire on the recognition of students from three different grades and interview data for the use of superstar learning link,the thesis summarizes the recognition of vocational students for the mobile learning platform of superstar learning link.The thesis also sorts out the problems and deficiencies in vocational English mobile learning.Some constructive suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.Experiments and surveys show that the use of superstar learning link can significantly improve the effect of vocational school students’ English learning.The survey results show that the vast majority of vocational school students have a positive attitude towards English mobile learning.Most students agree that using the mobile learning method of superstar learning link can help them better master knowledge points and activate the classroom atmosphere.Superstar learning is conducive to improving learning interest and learning confidence.Most students agree with the use effect of superstar learning link.At the same time,it is also learned from the research results that the vocational school students’ cognition of English mobile learning is not comprehensive enough.Their concentration in English mobile learning needs to be improved.In order to make vocational students better use mobile devices for English learning,this thesis puts forward corresponding improvement measures and suggestions: Schools and parents should pay attention to the necessity and importance of mobile learning and optimize the mobile learning environment.Teachers should improve their awareness and teaching ability of English mobile learning.Teachers try to integrate existing English mobile learning resources and develop new learning resources.Students should improve their cognition and enthusiasm for English mobile learning.Students should learn to use some useful and necessary learning strategies in the process of English mobile learning. |
