Trauma is a kind of stress, which will make patients have strong physical reaction and serious psychological trauma.Postoperative pain is a kind of acute pain, which is a reaction of the body after the trauma of surgery.Relevant research shows that anxiety and depression affect each other with postoperative pain. The American Psychological Society defines resilience as: "the good adaptation process of individuals in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threat or other major pressures, that is,the resilience to difficult experiences"(Min JA et al.,2013).Peed SL(2010)found that individuals with a high level of resilience can quickly and effectively get rid of the negative effects of pain.In order to explore the correlation between post-operative pain, anxiety, depression and resilience of trauma patients, improve medical staff’s understanding of post-operative pain, anxiety and depression in clinical work, and reduce the incidence of post-operative pain, anxiety and depression, this study was carried out.In this study,311 trauma patients in an inpatient area of a general hospital in Hubei Province were investigated with the Simple Pain Scale,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale and Resilience Scale. In this study,SPSS23.0 software was used to analyze data to explore the current situation of pain, anxiety, depression and resilience of trauma patients 24 hours to 72 hours after surgery, and to explore the correlation between postoperative pain, anxiety, depression and resilience. In this study, descriptive statistical analysis, analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis and other research methods were used, and the following research results were obtained:(1)There were different degrees of pain, anxiety and depression in this group of trauma patients after surgery, and the degree of pain, anxiety and depression gradually decreased over time; The postoperative resilience of patients was at a moderate level and gradually increased with time;(2)There was a positive correlation between post-operative pain and anxiety and depression;Anxiety, depression and resilience were negatively correlated; There was a negative correlation between postoperative pain and psychoelasticity;Anxiety and depression of trauma patients have a certain predictive effect on postoperative pain:(3)There are certain differences in post-operative pain of trauma patients 24 hours after surgery,in terms of marital status, payment method, monthly income, surgical site, registered residence, and use of analgesia pump.
