To Research On Narrative Of Folk Theme Documentary

As a cultural country with a history of five thousand years,there are numerous folk cultures handed down from ancient times.Due to the profound significance of folk culture and diverse forms of folk activities,there are a considerable number of documentaries with folk themes as the main content,which are also very rich in content,and are sought after by many audiences.With the acceleration of modernization,in the stage of urban-rural integration,the living environment of many rural folk cultures has been squeezed by the increasingly diversified modern civilization,which leads to the gradual marginalization of many folk cultures.The inheritance and development of folk culture has become a social problem to be solved urgently,which has aroused the high attention of the academic circle.Because of its objectivity and authenticity,documentary can play a great role in the inheritance and development of folk culture.Folk theme documentaries objectively express the public life,convey the aspirations of the people,and show the folk culture and life in different regions.In addition,the folk theme documentary ensures the objective and true recording of folk activities and at the same time transmits the idea of the creator and folk subject inheriting folk culture.From the perspective of narration,this paper analyzes and discusses how to properly use narrative strategy and audio-visual language in folk theme documentaries,so that folk theme documentaries can effectively play the role of spreading folk culture on the premise of ensuring authenticity.Combined with the social status quo and the background of The Times,this paper learns from excellent folk theme documentaries,summarizes the merits of excellent folk theme documentaries,takes the narrative strategy and audio-visual language of folk theme documentaries as the main research content,and also discusses the personal graduation work "Daoba Fair".The first chapter mainly defines the concept of folk theme documentary,and briefly combs the development process of folk theme documentary,and then discusses the creation value and significance of folk theme documentary combined with the background of The Times and personal graduation works.The second chapter is an important chapter of this paper.In this chapter,the narrative strategy of folk theme documentary is studied and analyzed in detail from three aspects: the narrative space of reproducing the environment,the narrative techniques of storytelling and the narrative rationality of achieving good stories.Firstly,through constructing narrative space to restore the living environment of folk subject and reproducing folk activity site space,the construction of narrative space is analyzed and discussed.Secondly,it studies the creation idea of folk theme documentary under the narrative,and discusses from three aspects:the choice of realistic theme,the setting of people’s livelihood plot and the shaping of key characters.Finally,narrative rationality is the principle and standard to judge the value of the story,explaining and verifying the rationality and persuasiveness of the narrative of folk theme documentary from the two aspects of "Narrative coherence" and "Narrative authenticity".The third chapter analyzes the audio-visual language of the folk theme documentary,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the narrative expression of the folk theme documentary from the two aspects of visual language and audio language.The last chapter summarizes the creative thinking and process of my graduation work "Daoba Fair",and reflects on the regrets and shortcomings in the creation.
