A Study On The Narrative Art Of The Documentary About The Aged

At present,the pace of aging in China is accelerating,and the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly are growing day by day.How to better care for the elderly has become an important topic.The documentary about the elderly is a subdivision of the documentary,which can truly reflect the living conditions of the contemporary elderly and attract more audiences to pay more attention to the elderly group with moving stories.At the same time,proper narrative art plays a vital role in the creation of documentaries about the elderly.Through the method of literature research,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the relevant literature of the existing documentaries on the subject of the elderly,and at the same time,after the systematic observation and recording of the shooting characters in the graduation works,it is found that the inner world of the elderly is very rich,their thoughts and emotions are relatively complex,and the elderly group has strong shooting and research value.The thesis takes the graduation work Wave in Sunset Glow as the object of discussion,discusses the narrative art of the elderly documentary,and strives to promote the construction of the elderly documentary research system.The thesis consists of five chapters,focusing on the graduation works.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background and significance,and explains the relevant concepts;The second chapter analyzes the formation of the documentary on the theme of the elderly;The third chapter discusses the influence of narrative structure on the narrative effect of the documentary about the elderly;The fourth chapter discusses the choice of narrative perspective in the documentary about the elderly;The last chapter discusses the artistic processing methods of the documentary about the elderly from the perspective of audio-visual language.
