Research On The Documentary Creation Of Ethnic Minority Characters From The Perspective Of Cultural Space

Man is not a culture but an adult.Therefore,ethnic minority individuals are no exception,and they must be nurtured by ethnic minority culture.Since any culture has various dimensions,and these dimensions are organically integrated and integrated,it is appropriate to say that people are in cultural space.This determines that ethnic minority character documentaries need to deal not only with the directly perceptible appearance of the characters,but also with the in-depth exploration of the cultural logic behind their actions through lens language,which inevitably requires the creator’s active visual thinking to intervene.However,any film and television work always has a limited existence and is a schematized structure,which not only has essential differences from the cultural space in which internalization plays a multi-dimensional constraint effect in the individual,but also conflicts with the integrity of this culture.Therefore,how to reveal this integrated and internalized cultural space within a limited structure is the most critical and urgent issue that creators cannot avoid.Of course,it is the essentially schematization and self-contained nature of the work that gives the creation a certain freedom and is also the inevitable requirement of space construction.Using montage artistic techniques and combining various dimensions of ethnic minority culture,similar to the construction of mathematical geometric space,grasping the junction or basic connection of cultural dimensions to construct the cultural space on which individuals rely to survive,in order to highlight their distinctive cultural characteristics,which can be consistent with the spatial construction requirements of the documentary itself.The graduation work "Lusheng · Wild Man · Valley" is an attempt to "construct" cultural space through lens language to create character images,thereby learning the advantages and disadvantages of this method.
