| Zhang Zhao’s piano piece "Pihuang" is a piano work with Chinese characteristics.Its creation is a combination of Peking Opera art and piano works.This work combines the traditional Western composition techniques with the framework of the Peking Opera plate structure and incorporates the Peking Opera aria "Xipi" and "Erhuang",forming a unique Chinese piano work.Through an in-depth analysis of the composer’s experience and the close relationship between his creation of"Pihuang",and taking this as a starting point,this article explores how the work integrates Peking Opera into the piano,understands Zhang Zhao’s thinking when creating from music,and discusses it in terms of decorative tone,timbre,speed,and pedal performance. |
