Marine literature is a special type of literature corresponding to land literature.The unique aesthetic characteristics and aesthetic implications of marine literature make the study of marine literature the most moving chapter in the study of literary history,even in the study of cultural history.In recent years,with the promotion of "the Belt and Road" initiative,China is moving towards the world with a more open and comprehensive overall cultural attitude.As a result,it will ushet the study of Chinese marine literature into a new era.This paper provides an aesthetic interpretation of the description of marine images in Chinese literature,based on the marco-integration and text interpretation of Chinese marine literature.Focusing on the main clue of "ocean image description",this paper selects classic marine literature works from different periods to demonstrate and explore the aesthetic expression of ocean images in Chinese marine literature from three dimensions: the relationship between time and space,The relationship between substantiality and virtuality,and the art of rhetoric.The purpose of this paper is to further deepened the perception and understanding of aesthetics of Chinese literature,And to inspire contemporary marine literary creation.The paper is divided into five parts:The introduction section mainly includes the definition of the core concepts of the paper,the current research overview in the academic community,And the significance of the research,as well as the innovation in it.The first chapter discusses the arrangement of spatiotemporal relationships in the description of marine images,focusing on the descriptive order from three perspectives including time,space,astronomical phenomena,and climate.The paper deal with the time dimension from the difference of day and night,as well as seasonal variation in the description of the ocean.While in the spatial dimension,it takes geographical perspective as the benchmark,appreciating the countless changes in the ocean image under different descriptive orders such as up and down,from far view to near view,or from near view to far view.The second chapter explores the relationships between substantiality and virtuality in the description of marine images.This part mainly analyzes the comprehensive application of virtual and real methods in the description of marine images,explore the relationship between virtual and real when shaping marine images,appreciate the aesthetic characteristics of marine image description,and discuss the unique presentation form of marine images in Chinese marine literature,where the sea of reality and imagination interweave and coexist,and appreciate the personal emotions contained in marine images.Chapter 3 explores the artistic charm of marine image description from the perspective of language rhetoric.In Chinese marine literature,marine image description comprehensively utilizes various rhetorical techniques such as metaphor,personification,exaggeration,allusion,metaphor,and symbol,which is of great significance on the formation of diversified language styles in Chinese marine literature.The conclusion summarizes the entire text.The aesthetic interpretation of the description of marine images in Chinese marine literature is in line with the current wave of marine literature research,which is conducive to exploring the development characteristics of Chinese marine culture and literature,and has enlightening significance for future Chinese marine literary creation.
