| The ever-growing popularity of digital technology,particularly mobile internet technology,has accelerated digital development significantly.Consequently,digital empowerment has become a defining characteristic of the current technological revolution.Concurrently,digital design service platforms have surfaced,relying on data analysis to solve design problems and creating conditions for precise design and service design.This trend is poised to become a major driver of design innovation.Continual and comprehensive digital empowerment has presented a new path for design innovation through integrating digital media and design.Currently,most domestic design service platforms are primarily designed as design courses and work-sharing platforms.While these platforms can somewhat address the needs of university teachers and students,corporate designers,and design industry stakeholders,they lack a comprehensive ecosystem as a development model.As such,there is a need to design strategies and processes for design ecological service platforms from the perspective of digital empowerment.These platforms should strive to create a comprehensive ecosystem for design innovation by providing design tools,resources and training,as well as facilitating collaboration between designers,clients,and other stakeholders.Such a platform would foster an active community of designers and drive innovation in the design industry.This thesis offers an extensive literature review on the topic of digital empowerment and design ecological service platforms,examining the relationship and impact of digital empowerment on design platforms while exploring the possibilities that digital empowerment can bring to these platforms.The study seeks to optimize platform design solutions by conducting thorough explorations of user needs.The research process involves using the grounded theory research method to code and refine user needs for the design ecological service platform.Platform needs are categorized into three aspects: platform content type,platform functional architecture,and platform interface visualization.Additionally,corresponding platform experience dimensions and user evaluation indexes are established based on digital empowerment,platform needs,and platform value.Next,the study scientifically measures the impact of digital empowerment,platform needs,and platform value on the platform through a structural equation model.Similarly,the impact of digital empowerment,platform requirements,and platform value on the user experience of the platform is evaluated using a structural equation model to identify key factors affecting user satisfaction with the design ecological service platform.Finally,the study proposes suitable design strategies and processes for the design ecological service platform and puts them into practice.By doing so,this study offers valuable insights for improving the design of digital platforms and enhancing the user experience through digital empowerment.Digital empowerment has proven to be a powerful tool in enhancing and improving design service platforms,creating favorable conditions for the development of comprehensive and fully-functional design ecological service platforms.By leveraging digital empowerment,such platforms can offer professional and enriched content,as well as simple and orderly visuals,ultimately enhancing the user experience.Furthermore,this approach offers valuable theoretical guidance for the development and improvement of design ecological service platforms while supplementing relevant research in this field.It also contributes to the growth of design education in China by providing enterprises with a talent pool of design professionals required by the modern era.Additionally,it offers new ideas for the rapid development of the design industry,providing scientific methods and experience that can be applied to the design of other related platforms.Overall,this study provides an empirical basis for the rapid development of the design discipline and design industry in China.By offering insights into the possibilities of digital empowerment,this research makes a valuable contribution to the advancement of design practices and their impact on society. |
