Zhang Ji was an important poet in the poetry circle of the Middle Tang Dynasty and had a profound influence on the poetry creation of the five dynasties of the late Tang Dynasty and later generations.Under the overall influence of the retro trend of thought in the Ming Dynasty,Zhang Ji’s excellent characteristics of Han and Wei poems were widely concerned by poets and poetics of various periods in the Ming Dynasty,and he also became a poet of the middle Tang Dynasty with high acceptance.This paper makes a comprehensive investigation of the selection and record of Zhang Ji’s poems in various periods of the Ming Dynasty,as well as the different evaluation in poetry,and combines the political,ideological and cultural and poetic trends of the Ming Dynasty to sort out and explore the acceptance of Zhang Ji’s poems in the Ming Dynasty and the reasons behind it.In the early Ming Dynasty,in the anthologies of Tang Poetry represented by Gao Bing’s Collection of Tang Poetry,specially select the seven-character poems and seven-character quatrains,and improve the artistic characteristics of much recognition,but Kang Lin’s Ya Yin Hui Bian focuses on five or seven rhythmic poems,shows the comprehensiveness of Zhang Ji’s poetry in the early Ming Dynasty.The poetry of the early Ming Dynasty was similar to the selected poems in its evaluation of Zhang Ji,showing a distinct sense of genre.They accepted the "ancient" and "profound" style characteristics of his ancient poems,while the evaluation of Zhang Ji’s modern poems followed the old theory of the Song and Yuan Dynasties.In the middle Ming Dynasty,the number of anthology of Tang poems increased,while the number of anthology of Zhang Ji’s poems decreased,but the attention to Zhang Ji’s Yuefu poems and seven-character quatrains continued in the early Ming Dynasty.The criticism angle of Zhang Ji in the field of poetry is more than that in the early Ming Dynasty.The acceptance of Zhang Ji’s poems in the anthology of Tang poems in the late Ming Dynasty showed a tendency of diversification,and the artistic achievements of Zhang Ji’s five rhythmic poems were fully affirmed.The emphasis on Zhang Ji’s seven-character ancient poems and seven-character quatrains in the early and middle Ming Dynasty also continued.The poetry of the late Ming Dynasty is studied from the aspects of Zhang Ji’s poetry creation,the situation of friends,the division of character and so on.It is a period in the Ming Dynasty that Zhang Ji received the most abundant and in-depth.
