With the deepening application of modern information technology in education and teaching,intelligent education has become an important part of the information age.Various electronic products and teaching platforms that support teachers and students’ teaching and learning have emerged.It is very necessary to improve teachers’ teaching quality and students’ learning quality with the help of information technology and network teaching platform.Homework has always been an essential part of classroom teaching and has its own unique function and value,which is of great significance to teachers and students’ teaching and learning.Especially since the promulgation of the "double reduction" policy,the research direction and foothold of homework are not only to do simple "subtraction" on "quantity",but also to improve on "quality".But at present,there are not many studies of junior high school English homework design.In the design and implementation of homework,most teachers still adopt the traditional mode of "recite" and "write" homework,and there are still many problems in the homework design.Therefore,on the basis of investigating the main problems existing in the current junior high school English homework,this study explores the design of junior high school English homework based on the intelligent teaching platform to reduce the burden,improve the quality and improve the efficiency of English homework according to the requirements of the new English curriculum standard for English homework and with the help of the functional advantages and characteristics of the intelligent teaching platform.On the basis of summarizing relevant researches at home and abroad,based on the theory of "deliberate practice",multi-modal teaching theory,connectionism learning theory and situational learning theory,combined with the current situation of junior high school English homework,based on the English curriculum standards of compulsory education stage,with the help of the functional advantages and characteristics of the intelligent teaching platform of "superior Learning".Design junior high school English homework based on the intelligent teaching platform.In this study,quasi-experimental research method is adopted to practice the homework design based on the intelligent teaching platform.Through the English proficiency test,questionnaire survey and interview results,the implementation effect of the homework design is evaluated and analyzed.It is verified that the junior high school English homework designed based on the intelligent teaching platform can achieve the effect of reducing the burden,improving the quality and improving the efficiency and put forward the strategy of junior high school English homework design based on the intelligent teaching platform.Based on the analysis of the homework data of the intelligent teaching platform,the comparative analysis of the English proficiency test results after the experiment,the analysis of the questionnaire data and the interview data,it is found that the design of junior high school English homework based on the intelligent teaching platform has achieved good results: the time for students to complete the homework has been effectively controlled,and the amount of homework has been reduced;The homework content is personalized and scientific,the homework evaluation is diversified,and the homework feedback is timely.Students’ overall and individual grades have been effectively improved.This verifies the effectiveness of the English homework design of junior high school based an intelligent teaching platform proposed in this study,achieves the effect of reducing the burden,improving the quality and increasing the efficiency of English homework,provides a new method to improve the main problems in junior high school English homework,and provides a new idea for front-line teachers to design and practice junior high school English homework.
