Research About Landscape Painting Of Huang Qiu Yuan

Huang Qiuyuan was an important traditional landscape painter in the 20 th century Chinese painting world.He devoted his life to painting,excelling in both meticulous brushwork and freehand brushwork.He was skilled in both ink and green,as well as in figures,flowers,and birds.He was skilled in poetry and calligraphy,appreciated ancient calligraphy and painting,and had a comprehensive cultivation.In particular,he had the highest level of expertise in landscape painting,and could learn from the ancients to open up the present.He pays attention to traditional brush and ink techniques,and engages in internal cultivation in the hills and valleys.In his later years,he innovated the "Autumn Garden Painting" and formed a profound,broad,and vast structure of landscape painting based on his long-term copying and mastery of traditional painting skills.Studying the style of Huang Qiuyuan landscape painting is of great significance for the development of modern landscape painting.This study mainly analyzes the landscape painting style of Huang Qiuyuan,and the entire article consists of six sections.Chapter 1 Introduction mainly discusses the feasibility of this research topic;The second chapter introduces Huang Qiuyuan’s artistic career,as well as the three style stages of landscape painting: early learning from tradition,middle learning from nature,and late learning from the source of the mind;The third chapter takes the brushwork,ink technique,and composition of Huang Qiuyuan’s landscape paintings as the "starting point",and combines the analysis of the works,focusing on elaborating on his landscape painting style from the surface to the inside;Chapter 4 analyzes the reasons for the formation of Huang Qiuyuan’s landscape painting style.Starting from the period of the Republic of China in the 20 th century,the article analyzes the causes of Huang Qiuyuan’s style based on his historical background,regional style,and the influence of contemporary artists such as Huang Binhong and Zuo Lianqing.It also deeply analyzes the inheritance of his predecessors’ brushwork and ideas,following the example of Shi Tao,Shi Xi,and Wang Meng;The fifth part points out the influence and inspiration of Huang Qiuyuan on the author’s creation.His unwavering determination,adherence to traditional painting spirit,and exquisite painting techniques have deeply inspired the author and integrated them into his creation;The final chapter is the conclusion,which introduces the innovative points,shortcomings,and prospects of this study.This study sorted out the style and formation reasons of Huang Qiuyuan’s landscape painting,and further clarified the adaptation and persistence of a painter with a sense of mission in the era in a specific historical environment.Its purpose is to systematically summarize the artistic style of Huang Qiuyuan’s landscape painting from a theoretical perspective,deeply explore and understand Huang Qiuyuan’s aesthetic views,objectively appreciate the artistic style and value of his works,and thus achieve the practical significance of theoretical guidance.
