With the continuous development of industrial production,the personalization,flexibility and exclusivity of products are deepening,and user needs,as the mapping of users’ rational and emotional feelings,occupy an important position in the design and development of products.And with the acceleration of aging,the upgrading of the elderly market,the personalized needs of elderly users are more and more prominent.At the same time,the rapid rise of e-commerce,online shopping is becoming more and more common,and online reviews have become a key data source containing rich information.Online reviews have also become one of the sources of users’ demands.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to establish a more scientific and comprehensive personalized customization platform for the elderly,optimize the framework of customized products and user experience,and expand the breadth of cane selection for elderly users.This study uses the massive data of user comments for text analysis,combined with the KANO model,and combines online and offline data to obtain more comprehensive user customization needs.For this reason,this paper proposes a research method based on big data comment text mining and offline user research to jointly obtain the personalized customization needs of elderly canes.First of all,according to the user’s shopping preferences and characteristics,the cane for the elderly is divided into three different product levels,typical products are selected,and user reviews are crawled.After obtaining the user data in the early stage,the differences in the needs of users of different levels of walking sticks were obtained through the corresponding analysis of the text;then the LDA model was used to analyze the word frequency,and in order to improve the comprehensiveness and depth of the user data,field observations,questionnaire surveys,in-depth The interview method is used to collect the needs and pain points of offline users and summarize the characteristics of the target elderly users for the use of canes,and combine the Delphi expert method to obtain the final user demand groups;finally use the KANO model to classify the needs and combine the cross chi-square test Significant difference test.Identify the user needs of different grades of standard,comfortable,and luxurious canes for the elderly,so as to guide the frame design of the personalized customization interface of the cane for the elderly.Then through offline visits and big data mining,the shape,material,and functional modules of the cane for the elderly are clustered and sorted,so as to obtain the final personalized customization platform for the cane for the elderly.According to user needs,this paper explores the personalized content of elderly canes,and puts forward the idea of combining big data comment text with KANO model.Combined with the chi-square test,the differences in customization needs between user groups were refined,and the personalized customization platform for the cane for the elderly was derived,and a usability test was conducted to find that users had relatively good feedback on the customization process and products,which improved the user’s cane product.satisfaction.
