As China’s national cultural treasure, intangible culture heritage is an important part to promote the comprehensive national strength to the outside world. It is imperative to explore new transmission route and method of intangible culture heritage since the speed up of globalization and culture revolution. Nowadays, with the constant development of new media technology, the new ways to spread ideas should be explored; the mapping relations between the inheritance of intangible heritage and of other fields’ should be found; new communication strategy to promote intangible heritage’s development should be seek. Furthermore, the product design based on intangible culture should be developed and focusing on build living condition, the three-dimensional mode of transmission, this is of great significance to enhance the audience’s participation, improve the efficiency of the modern communication of the intangible cultural heritage.SECI model is a model in the field of knowledge creation, its ideas about knowledge transformation is corresponds to the ideas about intangible knowledge transformation. This paper tries to combine the theoretical framework of SECI model and the inheritance characteristics of the existing intangible heritage, looking for the theory support of communication, and looking for the key link for the spread of intangible heritage and to come up with new intangible communication strategy, namely the portfolio strategy and transformation strategy.This paper try to take advantage of Android technology of the fragments, Java multi-thread programming as well as the third party open platform SDK, combined with new media strategy, to design a blue and white porcelain decorative mobile applications.Combined with the basic knowledge of the user experience and APP design consideration, and also combined with the quantitative analysis and qualitative interview method of the study of the questionnaire. To test the blue and white porcelain decorative mobile application’s availability and interestingness, to analyze the blue and white porcelain decorative mobile application’s user experience, and to analyze the practical significance for the spread of intangible culture heritage based on the design of the intangible cultural elements.To sum up, draw lessons from other successful cases, put forward practical and feasible communication strategy in the field of intangible heritage, it is of great guiding significance for intangible heritage’s modern communication and for the product’s design. It is accord with today’s communication environment and the media’s spread strategy. And make the explicit intangible knowledge transform into the recessive conscious attention to non-material cultural force more quickly. Intangible heritage aim at personalized operating requirements and nostalgia emotional appeal, it can stimulate people’s desire to understand the intangible heritage, and through contact with vivid, intuitive dominant intangible heritage, to accumulate the intangible heritage knowledge rapidly.
