Dancesport is a pair dance,the high coordination between male and female dancers is an important condition for the perfect interpretation of dancesport.The quality of emotional interpretation is determined by the degree of tacit understanding between partners and whether the technical treatment is delicate.In the arena,both men and women draw on each other’s strengths to complement each other,so as to achieve the goal of joining forces and achieve the effect of 1+1>2,which will directly affect the result of the competition.According to World Dancesport Federation(WDSF)2.1 version of the judging rules,technical quality,music interpretation,partner technique,choreography and presentation are four evaluation elements.As a separate scoring index,partner technique is particularly important.Therefore,the technique of pairing has become an important part in Latin dance teaching.Masking visual practice method refers to the use of masking eye mask to completely mask vision and block visual cues during the practice of two-person coordination technique.Through proprioception and the perception of the partner to the force of the practice of pairing techniques.The purpose of this exercise method is to break the visual restriction that dominates the cerebral cortex,so as to improve the students’ motor perception ability,and strengthen the students’ various perceptual memory and sensory and perceptual analysis ability.Help students better feel the conduction of force between partners in the practice,so as to improve the fine degree of force between partners,to achieve the optimization of the effect of pair coordination technology between partners.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,logical analysis,expert interview,observation,video analysis,mathematical statistics and experiment.In this experiment,the influence of "obscuring vision" training method on Rumba duo coordination technique is taken as the research object.The experimental subjects were selected from three classes of physical education option course of Guangzhou Ecological Engineering Vocational and Technical College,two of which were experimental classes and one was control group.The teaching experiment lasted for 4 months,14 classes and 28 class hours.The test results before and after the experiment were analyzed by Chi-square test,paired sample t test and one-way analysis of variance.The experimental results showed as follows:1.Through the 14-week teaching experiment,there was a significant difference between experimental group 1 and control group in the spatial performance of the two-person coordination technology,and there was a significant difference between experimental group 2 and control group,p=0.014<0.05;In terms of the synchronicity of movement rhythm of the two-person coordination technique,there were significant differences between experimental group 1 and control group,p=0.01<0.05,and there were significant differences between experimental group 2 and control group,p=0.038<0.05.In terms of the stability of two-person coordination technology,there was a significant difference between experimental group 1 and control group(p=0.024<0.05),and there was a significant difference between experimental group 2and control group(p=0.000<0.05).Both experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 were better than the control group in the spatial and stability of the two-pair coordination technique,and there were significant differences.Spatiality and stability:experimental group 2> experimental group 1> control group;Synchronicity of movement rhythm: experimental group 1> experimental group 2> control group.2.Through the 14-week teaching experiment,in terms of the performance of the tape guide technology of the two-person coordination technology,female students:there was a significant difference between the experimental group 1 and the control group,p=0.008<0.05,there was a significant difference between the experimental group 1 and the control group,p=0.045<0.05,and the mean value of the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2 was higher than that of the control group;Male:there is a significant difference between experimental group 1 and experimental group 2,p=0.008<0.05,and there is a significant difference between experimental group 1 and control group,p=0.00<0.05.In terms of the performance of the following technique of the two-person coordination technique,female: There was a significant difference between experimental group 1 and control group p=0.003<0.05,and there was a significant difference between experimental group 1 and experimental group 2p=0.016<0.05.In terms of the results of the center of gravity conversion of two-person coordination technology,girls: there was a significant difference between experimental group 1 and control group p=0.01<0.05,there was a significant difference between experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 p=0.024<0.05;Male: There was a significant difference between experimental group 1 and experimental group 2,p=0.08<0.05,and there was a significant difference between experimental group 2 and control group,p=0.005<0.05.The results of experimental group 1,experimental group 2 and control group were better than those of control group in the scores of single score test index(tape guide technique,follow guide technique,center of gravity shift technique)of two-person coordination technique.Girls: experimental group 1> experimental group 2> control group;Male:experimental group 2> Experimental group 1> control group.3.Through the 14-week teaching experiment,there were significant differences before and after experiment for girls: Experiment 1,experimental group 2 and control group,with p values of 0.019,0.000 and 0.014 less than 0.05,respectively;for boys:experimental group 1,experimental group 2 and control group,with p values of 0.019,0.015 and 0.000 less than 0.05,respectively.The improvement amplitude of experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 was greater than that of control group;Male students: experimental group 2> Experimental group 1> control group;Girls:Experimental group 1> Experimental group 2> control group.Conclusion:1.As for the conventional practice method adopted in the teaching of Biremba dance duo coordination technology,adding the practice method of "masking vision" to the teaching can more effectively improve the synchronicity,stability and spatiality of students’ duo coordination technology.In terms of the synchronicity of development,the effect of visual masking for girls is better than that for boys.In terms of development stability and space,the visual masking effect of male students is better than that of female students.2.In addition to the conventional practice method adopted in the teaching of Biremba dance duo coordination technology,the practice method of "masking vision" is added to the teaching,which can more effectively improve students’ leading technique,following technique and shift of center of gravity;It can also have a positive impact on extension technology,but the effect is not significant,and it is not targeted enough to improve the extension of two-person coordination technology.3.Rumba duet dance has a positive impact on improving students’ balance ability and sense of direction;Compared with the conventional practice method,the addition of "blocking vision" practice method in the teaching of Rumba dance pair coordination technology can improve students’ balance ability and sense of direction more effectively.
