| As one of the Latin dances,the music is upbeat,the steps are light and lively,and the flexibility of the body is part of its charm.Bouncing comes from the dancer’s ability to use the elasticity of the muscles to jump;technique is the dexterous use of basic methods,which need to be discovered on the basis of a mastery of technique.The quality of movement is based on the mastery of technique,the accuracy of movement and the coherence of the body,and the pursuit of a high standard of movement quality requires the integration of technique and movement.The teenage years are a transitional medium from childhood to adulthood,a critical period in the development of the body where muscles and joints are more elastic;however,the use of skills training involving teenage bouncing in denim is not clear enough.This is a core skill that is difficult to apply skillfully in denim.This is why it is important to combine technique and movement at different stages of teaching young people to improve the quality of their movements through bouncing technique training.This paper uses six research methods: literature,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,questionnaires,teaching experiments and logical analysis.A 12-week teaching experiment was conducted with 30 young female Latin dance students aged12-14 years old in the intermediate class of Tomato Art Latin Dance Class in Shunde District,Foshan City,Guangdong Province.The experimental group used bouncing technique training in the teaching of denim dance,while the control group was taught only normal denim dance under the same conditions.Basic information and index data and special movement quality scores were collected from the two research groups,pre-tested and post-tested and recorded.The SPSS system was used to conduct data t-tests and test for differences between the index data of the two groups from three aspects: pre-experimental,pre-and post-experimental and post-experimental.After the experiment,the main findings of the teaching experiment through the two groups,are as follows:1.From the analysis of the experimental results of the lower limb ability of the two groups,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.This means that the bouncing technique training can improve the elasticity of the lower limbs.2.From the analysis of the experimental results of waist and abdominal capacity,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,indicating that the bouncing skill training can improve the stability of the limbs and help coordination in sports.3.From the analysis of the results of the endurance experiment,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.The improvement in endurance was shown by maintaining movement quality for a longer period of time,indicating that bouncing technique training has a facilitating effect on the quality of movements in denim dance.4.From the analysis of the experimental results of bouncing skills of both groups,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.This means that the bouncing skill training has significantly improved the bouncing skill mastery.5.After the experiment,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of technical quality,movement to music,ensemble skills and choreography and presentation in the movement assessment of both groups.This teaching method was better than the conventional teaching method,indicating that the quality of denim dance movements can be improved through the use of bouncing technique training. |
