Research On The Protection Of Hulunbuir Intangible Cultural Heritage From The Perspective Of Pluralistic Co-Governance

Intangible cultural heritage is the precious wealth of mankind and enjoys a high status in the world cultural treasure house.To protect and develop the intangible cultural heritage is the need of building a harmonious society and also the requirement of building a powerful socialist culture.With the acceleration of modernization,the government,as a single subject,can no longer cope with the new situation of intangible cultural heritage protection.How to form a new mode of government-led and multi-subject cooperation and co-governance is bound to be the focus of the study of intangible cultural heritage protection in the future.The research of this thesis is based on the theory of multi-center governance and the theory of new public management,and adopts the methods of literature research analysis and field investigation and interview.Starting from the concept of intangible cultural heritage,through the study of the status quo of Hulunbuir intangible cultural heritage protection,It found that the government talent financial shortage,lack of professional protection institutions,less participation of multiple subjects,the absence of the main role of inheritance and other problems.It also analyzes the causes of the problems mainly as follows: too few channels of government investment,single protection mode,lack of participation mechanism for multiple subjects,imperfect protection mechanism for inheritors,etc.Finally,drawing on the experience of intangible cultural heritage protection at home and abroad,this thesis puts forward suggestions and suggestions to solve problems,such as improving the legal system,adhering to the government’s leadership,guiding the active participation of multiple subjects,and establishing the good consciousness of inheritors.It is hoped that the research and analysis can play a positive role in promoting the protection of Hulunbuir intangible cultural heritage.
