Research On The Artistic Presentation Of Interactive Installation In Narrative Space

From the perspective of interactive installation and narratology,this study takes installation art as narrative content under the guidance of narrative space theory,and explores the correlation between interactive installation and narrative space as well as investigates the artistic presentation form of the intersection of the two.The design of interactive devices in narrative space is based on the theoretical research and practice of narrative space at home and abroad.Interactive devices need not only meet the interactivity of human and machine,but also focus on the ability of empathic expression between human and devices.Through the addition of narrative plot,it can enhance people’s emotional interplay and improve the infectivity of the interactive device.At the same time,the interactive device can be programmed in different ways and guide people’s walking routes in space.The combination of the two theories expands both the artistic presentation of realized interactive devices and the horizon of the study of narrative space theory.In today’s multidisciplinary and multiform art environment,drawing from different fields makes the interactive experience of installation art ubiquitous.This paper firstly analyzes the artistic presentation of interactive installation in narrative space based on the theory of narrative space,discusses the current situation of research on the theory of narrative space and the presentation of interactive installation,and outlines the ways and peculiarities of the artistic presentation of interactive installation by citing the theory of narrative space;secondly,by constructing the relationship between the theory of narrative space and the design of interactive installation,the feasibility and significance of this study are analyzed in depth;secondly,through the integration of narrative Finally,we propose the way of presenting interactive devices and narrative space narrative theory art,hoping to make use of the correlation between the two,enhance people’s initiative and participation,increase the presentation of interactive devices and expand the presentation of interactive device art in China and improve the development status.This study uses a combination of literature survey,case study,practical method,and interdisciplinary research method to analyze interactive installation design and narrative space theory.Based on the well-developed narrative space theory,the study provides an in-depth understanding of the external structure,internal structure,and human elements of interactive device design,and the construction of narrative plot,spatial layout,and movement elements in the presentation of interactive devices.At the same time,through the analysis of narrative space theory,we provide a superior presentation method for interactive device design in six levels: theme,narrative,time,space,environment and layout.It not only realizes the transformation of this study from theory to practice,improves people’s audiovisual,behavioral,and psychological perceptions in interaction,and presents a participatory,perceptible,and changeable space through the combination of reality and virtual,but also provides guidelines for expanding the presentation of interactive installation art design.
