On this basis,the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further proposed that "adhering to and developing Marxism must be combined with the excellent traditional Chinese culture".The culture of Chinese poetry and lyrics is vast and profound.For a century,many modern composers have been enthusiastic about the creation of ancient poetry,lyrics,and artistic songs.The lyrics they use are mostly Tang or Song poetry,and there are few ancient poetry,lyrics,and artistic songs that use Yuanqu as the lyrics for creation.Yuanqu,which originated in the Song Dynasty and flourished in the Yuan Dynasty,is a form of literature and art that condensed the wisdom of literati and literati in the Yuan Dynasty.It was originally a "street market small order" or "village and neighborhood small tune" that was passed down among the people.With the downfall of the Song Dynasty and the entry of the Yuan people into the Central Plains,it was successively spread in the vast areas of the north and south centered around the Yuan Dadu(now Beijing)and Lin’an(now Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province).Mr.Gao Weijie’s vocal suite "Yuan Qu Xiao Sing(Three Songs)" uses Yuan Qu,one of the three treasures of Chinese poetry,as the lyrics to compose the song.Combining Chinese and Western creative techniques,the three Yuan Qu Xiao Ling songs are vividly presented in the form of vocal suites,allowing us to see a tragic and beautiful love story across thousands of years.The vocal suite "Three Songs of Yuanqu" introduced in this article is an important component of traditional Chinese culture and music.It not only embodies rich cultural connotations and historical significance,but also has unique expressive and artistic aesthetic characteristics in the diversified development of music in the world today.The first chapter first classifies Yuanqu and introduces its development stage and important position in cultural inheritance.The second chapter focuses on the creative characteristics of lyricists Xu Zaiyen,Guan Yunshi,Ma Zhiyuan,and composer Gao Weijie in "Three Songs of Yuan Qu",and provides a brief introduction and musical analysis of the entire work.The third chapter explores the aesthetic characteristics of "Yuan Qu Xiao Sing(Three Songs)" from the perspectives of "cultural ’music’," music transmission ’ci’,and "integration of ’ci’ and’music’",such as the unique lyrics and rhythms,polyphonic laments,and the musical structure of integration between China and the West.The fourth chapter focuses on the singing style characteristics of "Yuan Qu Xiao Sing(Three Songs)" and analyzes its aesthetic connotations,such as the rhythmic "musical beauty" and the unique "emotional beauty" of craftsmanship.Finally,in Chapter 5,the creative value of "Three Little Songs of Yuan Qu" is briefly summarized,such as inheriting traditional ethnic culture,enriching China’s art song library,and enhancing artistic aesthetic cultivation.This paper aims to explore the cultural connotations and singing styles of the vocal suite "Yuan Qu Xiao Sing(Three Songs)" through research methods such as literature review,case analysis,and score analysis,as well as its creative value for Chinese music culture.The article explores the cultural connotations,artistic aesthetic characteristics,and singing techniques of the vocal suite "Yuan Qu Xiao Sing(Three Songs)".While understanding and learning the singing techniques and expression methods of traditional Chinese music,it can also deepen the understanding and understanding of Chinese music culture,providing theoretical reference and groundwork for future vocal learners in concert singing and other artistic practices.
