Investigation On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Music Support Education In Jiangxi Province | | Posted on:2024-03-21 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y H Xie | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2545307166472404 | Subject:School of music and dance | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | With the socialist education undertaking entering a new era,the educational policy of combining morality,intelligence,physical education,beauty and labor education has been paid more and more attention.Exploring the development of rural music education for a long time,shortening the gap between urban and rural music education,realizing music education for all has become an important issue in contemporary music education.In order to implement the Party’s educational policy,in July 2018,Jiangxi Province launched a voluntary teaching practice for music majors from colleges and universities in remote rural areas,opening a road of exploration for overcoming the major and difficult problems in the development of rural music education in Jiangxi Province.Up to now,Jiangxi provincial voluntary music education has been jointly carried out by the provincial education department,colleges and universities and local governments for five years,which has a positive impact and practical significance on improving the current situation of rural music education in Jiangxi Province,promoting the equity of urban and rural music education,and promoting the revitalization of rural music education.Based on my own volunteer teaching experience,and by reading a large number of relevant literature and materials,this paper has mastered certain research methods.Through questionnaires,visits to volunteer teaching sites and lectures,interviews,interactive communication and other forms,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of support music education in Jiangxi Province,and expounds the following problems existing in the current situation of support music education in Jiangxi Province: 1.The teachers in the school of voluntary education do not have a deep understanding of music education,the competent departments do not invest enough funds,the construction of music education resources is weak,and the music curriculum is not reasonable.2.Normal university students who support teaching at the volunteer teaching point lack the service consciousness of volunteer teaching,the ability to grasp classroom discipline,and the content and method of music teaching are undiversified;3.Students in the voluntary teaching sites have low enthusiasm in music classroom learning and low participation in after-school music activities;4.Parents of volunteer students have low recognition of music education.On the basis of this research,the author puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems: 1.The competent departments shall strengthen the implementation of the policy of supporting music education and improve the system of supporting music education.2.Colleges and universities shall improve the training mechanism for normal university students of supporting music education and expand the scope of supporting education.4.Strengthen the home-school joint training mechanism to change students’ and parents’ ideas about music education. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | music support education in Jiangxi Province, The status quo, A problem, countermeasure | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
