Wheeled armored vehicles have attracted the attention of military forces around the world,and many countries have carried out a lot of work to develop new armored vehicle platforms,utilizing new technologies to improve the capabilities and reliability of vehicles and further enhance the survival ability of vehicles and troops on the battlefield.The development of chassis system is the most important part of the development process of wheeled armored vehicles.This article takes wheeled armored vehicles as the research object,conducts research on various systems of the wheeled armored vehicle chassis,and uses multi body dynamics methods to conduct theoretical research and simulation analysis on the power transmission system,suspension system,steering system,braking system,and driving smoothness of the wheeled armored vehicle chassis.The aim is to conduct systematic research on the armored vehicle chassis.The main research content of the article includes:1.The article calibrates the overall design parameters of armored vehicles,and selects,matches,and verifies various components of the power transmission system;2.Propose the suspension form of double wishbone independent suspension and oil Gas Spring combination,and make specific analysis and calculation.Then analyze and check the suspension system design through the analysis of the vehicle acceleration head up and braking point head,to ensure that the suspension system design is reasonable;3.Establish a steering mechanism analysis model for wheeled armored vehicles using ADAMS software,provide tactical indicators of the steering system,analyze and calculate the overall scheme of the steering system,the steering trapezoid and its disconnection points,etc.Then,evaluate the overall handling and stability of the vehicle by simulating and analyzing the steady-state and transient steering characteristics of the vehicle;4.Establish a calculation and analysis method for the braking system,and make detailed calculations on the overall design,main parameters,driving mechanism,braking performance,braking slope,etc.of the braking system;5.At the end of the article,the smoothness of the entire vehicle is studied,and evaluation indicators for the smoothness of the vehicle are provided,as well as the calculation of the smoothness of the entire vehicle under different road surfaces and working conditions.
