| In the era of big data,the electronic data of smart fisheries comes from many sources,including computer applications,communication and modern management technology.This data collects objective information about the fisheries industry in the form of words,images,numbers and letters.Through the effective management and utilization of smart fishery electronic data,the great value contained in it can be mined,and it will also provide a data basis for the development of smart fishery.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out archival management of smart fishery electronic data.The smart fishery electronic data described in this paper is generated and developed in the environment of big data,and adopts an interdisciplinary research method,combining the knowledge of management,archival science and other disciplines.Firstly,the first chapter summarizes the management of smart fishery,smart fishery electronic data and archives,summarizes the role of smart fishery electronic data,and introduces the necessity and feasibility of smart fishery electronic data archive management.Secondly,the second chapter summarizes the current situation of electronic data management at all levels of smart fishery,and summarizes the management characteristics of electronic data of smart fishery,that is,the characteristics of different electronic data management subjects,large differences in sources,and diverse management platforms.Finally,the third chapter puts forward the management methods of smart fishery electronic data,namely physical archiving management,electronic data document management and archive theme data warehouse management,so as to tap the value of smart fishery scientific research data and provide a scientific theoretical basis for the healthy and sustainable development of smart fishery. |
