Current Status And Countermeasures Of High-standard Farmland Construction In Fengjie County, Chongqin

Agriculture is stable,grain production is abundant,the people are unified,the country is safe.Agriculture is the source of human clothing and food,the foundation of our national economic development,the foundation of our survival,and the basic premise of agricultural development,the development of agriculture is the establishment and stability of cultivated land,the high standard of farmland is the senior stage of cultivated land development,it can build our food production foundation,improve our food security.It is not only related to the "rice bowl" of the country and the "money bag" of hundreds of millions of farmers,but also the confidence of a big country to cope with risks and challenges.At present,the studies related to the construction of high standard farmland in our country are relatively basic,mainly focusing on the land arrangement,regional demarcation,construction sequence,construction mode,evaluation system and other aspects.The problems found in the construction process and the late management and protection and sustainable development lack the study,and cannot provide strong support for the future construction of high standard farmland.This paper firstly analyzes the process and background of the construction and development of high standard farmland,summarizes the domestic and foreign literature of high standard farmland construction,takes Fengjie County of Chongqing as an example,studies the current situation of the construction of high standard farmland in Fengjie County,firstly introduces the background of the construction of high standard farmland in Fengjie County.That is,its geographical location conditions,natural resources,economic and social development,agricultural production and operation overview.The second is to analyze the current situation of high-standard agricultural construction in Fengjie County,from the land utilization situation and its restrictive factors,the supporting infrastructure of high-standard farmland construction,the follow-up management and protection of high-standard farmland construction,the green development of high-standard farmland construction,and the participation of farmers in high-standard farmland construction.From the status quo of the construction of high-standarfarmland,the results obtained and existing problems are analyzed,and targeted suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the problems existing in the construction process,especially for the capital investment in the preparatory stage of the project and the construction,development and management of land,ditches and other infrastructure after the completion of the initial stage.We will also provide experience support to high-standard farmland construction projects in other places.
