In recent years,with the rapid development of modern breeding technology,pig breeding has changed from the traditional free-range farming and household farming to large-scale,professional and modern farming.With the continuous expansion of breeding scale and the improvement of breeding density,modern breeding has put forward higher requirements for management and disease prevention and control.Traditional plastic ear tags can no longer meet the needs of modern farming,while the commonly used RFID electronic ear tags and two-dimensional code ear tags have relatively simple functions and can only be used as the carrier of information.Therefore,this paper proposes a pig intelligent ear tag,which uses sensors to monitor the health status of pigs,transmits data through wireless network,and manages data through NB-Io T cloud platform connected to the Internet of Things.The smart ear tag is mainly used in disease prevention and control of pig and information breeding management,improving breeding efficiency and reducing disease risk.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Sensor nodes.After studying and comparing various mainstream embedded development and control technologies,we independently designed a smart ear tag based on STM32 control core.The smart ear tag can obtain real-time health information of pig,so as to realize comprehensive monitoring and intelligent management of pig.(2)Wireless communication.Considering the complex operating environment of pig farms,a wireless communication scheme combining Zig Bee local networking and NB-Io T wide-area communication is proposed,and data storage and management is carried out by One NET cloud platform of the Internet of Things.(3)Data processing.The outlier detection method based on LOF algorithm is established by comparing several outlier detection methods.Aiming at the problem that k value of LOF algorithm is difficult to determine,an optimization scheme of LOF algorithm based on expected value is proposed.Experiments show that the optimized LOF algorithm is more stable and the data is more accurate.Through the system data acquisition and transmission test,the data acquisition of the intelligent ear tag system is stable,and the overall function is basically realized.
