The cabbage harvester can improve the operating efficiency of cabbage harvesting,reduce the labor intensity of farmers,and plays an important role in the whole mechanized production of cabbage.However,there are problems such as poor quality of cut roots and damage to vegetable bodies during the harvesting process,resulting in waste of manpower and material resources.Therefore,this paper takes the structure of the cabbage harvester as the research point.Under the premise of meeting the cabbage mechanized harvesting standards,based on the agronomic requirements of cabbage planting and harvesting,a cabbage harvester clamping and cutting device is designed,and the key components are optimized and improved.Its working performance is analyzed to achieve the best operating parameters,which lays the foundation for optimizing the clamping and cutting device of the cabbage harvester,improves the working quality of the machine,and provides support for the research of cabbage mechanized harvesting technology.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The material characteristics of the mature plants of Chunqiu 54,Sijiwang and Zhuangshi 2 were studied,and the geometric dimensions of the cabbage plants were measured to provide a theoretical basis for the clamping belt spacing in the clamping device and provide a basis for the root cutting device.The choice of cutter speed provides data support.(2)Through the evaluation of the working precept of the root slicing operation and the clamping method of the cabbage plant,the design of the clamping device and the root cutting device is completed.In order to check the rationality and balance of the structure,the Solidworks software program is used to whole the third-dimensional modeling,and the finite issue evaluation is carried out via the ANSYS software program to operate static evaluation and modal evaluation on the disc cutter to check the rationality of the device.(3)The operation parameter optimization test was carried out on the root cutting device of the cabbage harvester.Taking the cutter speed,cutting position,cutter overlapping amount,locomotive forward speed and clamping belt speed as the test factors,and taking root cutting pass rate,clamping pass rate and breakage rate as the evaluation indicators of the test,a single factor test was carried out to obtain The value range of the level of the influencing factors is carried out,and the quadratic regression orthogonal rotation test is carried out.The test data is processed by the design expert software,the influence of each factor on the index is analyzed,the optimal parameter combination is determined,and the results are verified by the test.The results show that in the cutting When the rotation speed of the knife is 310r·min-1,the forward speed of the locomotive is 2km·h-1,the speed of the clamping belt is 200r·min-1,the cutting position is 10 mm,and the overlap of the cutters is 21 mm,the qualified rate of root cutting is95.2%.The pass rate was 94.4%,and the breakage rate was 3.6%.The margin of error is less than 5%.Compared with the original root cutting device,the improved clamping and root cutting device increased by 7.8%,the clamping qualified rate increased by 6.2%,and the damage rate decreased by 3.5%.
